I would not recommend this warranty. I purchased it for $48 wall clock. They have asked for information numerous times, I've uploaded it successfully 3 times, yet they keep asking for more. You cannot reply to the email. When clicking the link in the most recent email the loading arrow just spins and you cannot connect. Unfortunately, if you don't get the info to them right away, they close the claim and you need to start all over again. I have tried so many times. I'm not sure what else they want from me. Sent them completed claim forms, receipt for warranty, receipt for clock. Pictures of front and back of clock. I can't imagine if you are dealing with this company for an expensive cell phone.

Fast response on the claim for this product. Only issue when the claim was approved and when they sent the refund it was an Amazon credit they did not refund the money back to the original payment I used to purchase the item but I will definitely use them again.
