I purchased this product based on my previous experience that was successful. I invested in an expensive camera lens which was damaged by a fall into the Great Sand Dunes. Asurion got it to people who were able to repair the lens. So, as things do happen, I decided to use Asurion again because a newer camera is a big investment for me.

I received two lenses. One fit the camera but the other had to use adapter. Learning how to take sharp photos because fo fat they are all blurry. Disappointed

Difficult communication levers. Claim process is abhorrent. Needless information pulls and took over four months to assess, and finally send a check for me to replace damaged camera.

I am hoping to never have to use this protection policy but very happy to have it just in case. I hope that the camera I bought it for lasts for at least 2 years with no issues :-)
