Great jump pack have had for 1 year

This jump packs great!!! Have had for almost 1 year and no issues! Jumped my son's car about 20 times and didn't have to charge it...still had at least 50% on it! It does recommend putting on charge every 3 months. I live in PA and winters get cold and this jumper hasn't failed me yet even after not charging it for 6 months. Just jumped the wife's Highlander today with 54% on it and no problem, pack hasn't been charged in 6 months! Jumped my buddies F250 diesel truck with it also and no problem!! I got this pack last January 3rd 2023 and still works great December 27th 2024! I got this pack on sale for 30 dollars then but I see price jumped to 50 with 10% off. Still a good deal tho if they all last this long and longer. It also has no spark detection which doesn't spark when putting the clips on battery terminal. Build quality is decent nothing special just a plastic case with digital display of how much power is left in battery bank. Size is decent compared to old jump packs as its way smaller with just as much power. All in all I would recommend this jump pack as I've had no issues and jumped many cars and many times and have had no issues! Be sure to read the owners manual before using to prolong use. Also I wasn't paid or got this item for free as a review. It was cheap at the time like I said around 30 bucks and I bought it and I have no complaints 🙂 ... show more

Better than jumper cables!

This was able to start a car that's battery was drained due to an alarm going off (and nobody noticing), in below freezing temps. I have purchased two of these; I gave my first one to one of my sons so that he could jump start his minivan. Recommended. Good value!

Garbage Product or spectacular QC fail?

When I first received it, the weight, or really, lack of substantive weight of this product casted doubt in my mind. How can something this light jump a car battery? But surely hundred of positive reviews can’t wrong? Anyhow, long story short, I had bought this for my EV, which notoriously has a weak 12V battery. Sure enough, on a cold winter night and 40 minute from home, my car refused to start and showed a message indicating 12V battery is low. I thought I was well prepared with this jump starter in the frunk, but it did not perform. I connected the +/- terminals, and a red light indicated my connection was “Correct”. I tried to start my car, and nothing happened. Pressed the boost button on the jumper cable, a little green light came on to give me false hope. Tried to start the car again, still nothing happened. Meanwhile, the battery % display quickly drained from 98% to 80s then to 70s and then the jump starter completely shut off and refused to turn back on. At this point, I was too cold to care and called a tow truck, thinking maybe my battery was too dead to be jumped and a visit to the mechanics was in order. The tow driver was nice enough to offer me a jump first with his truck, and what do you know, my car started right up without any issues. Just to make sure I didn’t screw up and fry the jump starter somehow, after I got home, I plugged a USBC cable into the jump starter and it still works and is now charging again. If you want an expensive but weak flashlight that can also be used as a portable charger, this is your thing. But if you want to jump your car battery, be prepared to be disappointed. ... show more

I purchased this as an option due the recent issues with my car battery. I finally had to use it the other day for the first time. It was easy to use once I read the step by step instructions while setting it up. I liked the small size of the unit, the cable length was adequate. When I first recieved the Asperex Car Jump Starter, it was advised to fully charge before using. It was at least 2 weeks before I used it and I was surprised that the unit was still charged. I love how portable it is and how everything neatly fits in the carrying case. ... show more
