I purchased these light bulbs to use outside, but now I read that they are just recommended for indoor use. They seem as if a good value and easy to use for indoor use. I am hoping they are energy-efficient, but won't know that for many years.

Update to the update - after my initial negative review the company reached out to me to see how they could make things right. Not once, but twice. You just don’t find customer service focused companies out there, anymore. In their communication with me they assured me they constantly test the quality of their products, and the simple fact is the first box I bought had one bulb that didn’t work, the next box I bought all worked. The reviews show that overwhelmingly people are satisfied with their bulb orders…the fact that the company stands behind their products, means a lot to me so I changed the stars for the my review up to 5 stars. I wish every company I do business with were as customer driven as this company is. Update - ordered a second set of 4 of these 100 watt equivalent LED bulbs, and this time all 4 worked. I upgraded the “stars” for the review, but still didn’t give more than an average rating because it’s unacceptable that brand new bulbs have any bulbs not working - brand new out of the package. Original review: Just received my order of 4 bulbs today. 3 worked fine. 1 didn’t work straight out of the box. For me this is either pass or fail. When you buy a set of 4 light bulbs, they all need to work or it’s a fail. Some items I can see giving a few stars if the pros of the item outweigh the cons, but things like light bulbs is cut and dry for me. All need to light up when new. Since I just received the order this afternoon, I can’t speak to the longevity issue. ... show more
