The media could not be loaded. I have mixed feelings about the product. I ultimately kept it because we made it work. And I'll elaborate: so far the quality of the product is good and it's size was what I expected , not too high, the height might be an issue for people who are over 5'7. If you plan on putting this in a bedroom. Ideally it looks nicer in living rooms with more room and act as a resting area. I saw that there was no missing parts, HOWEVER, one of the beams was bent and made it hard to screw a bolt into it (images/video for reference). We manage to fix that, but had to point it out. It's also pretty stable to hold it's ground, it doesn't wobble or feel like it'll bust , for as long as you bolt the frame against the wall. Use a stud finder for this and find the right spot before buying m the price seems about right for the quality and reliability, but this one has a latter, I personally would think having stairs would feel much better, but it would also extend. I picked this one to perfectly fit in my room.

works great! took me 7 hours to build on my own, but that's while watching a movie and having intermittent phone time. wobbles a little, but that's to be expected for a grown adult using a bunk bed, though definitely doesn't feel unsafe (would absolutely recommend anchoring this thing into the wall though). the ladder is a little bit small going into the actual bed, so I would look out for that if you've got a larger/wider frame, but I haven't had any actual issues getting into it. i would also recommend getting some padding for the ladder as it can dig into your feet a bit. as I said before, it did take me a while to build, but the instructions were easy to understand and all of the parts were included and unbroken. did arrive in 2 boxes, as expected. only word of warning is that this thing was HEAVY. definitely don't be afraid to ask for help lifting it, especially if you've got stairs to bring it up or if your mailbox is far.

This is actually a really nice bed. The drawers are fabric but the front is covered in faux leather and has nice pull handles. The directions are clear. They suggest 2 people are needed to assemble. I did it myself. The hard part can be getting the mattress up on your own at the end. I had to get help. The only thing I wish was different is the ladder. It is steep and narrow. If it were wider with handles it would be easier to navigate.

Came damaged. Missing screws, holes don’t line up, directions are so misleading, it’s not sturdy, and things don’t fit how they should. Don’t buy this product. On top of that if you don’t want it anymore you have to pay to have it sent back even though you paid to have it sent to your home. So you’re out 200 by the end of it. Not happy at all. I regret this headache.

So far this has been perfect. The amount of room this has freed up for me is astounding. The room underneath is more than plentiful for a gaming setup, makeup vanity, or a simple study room. Or if not all 3! Theres 3 desks/sides allowing for multiple stations all underneath your bed. Although the price comes out closer to ~350 I still think the value of the bed is great for the amount of space this gives you. The lighting is a standard RGB strip that works as well as any other. Building this was very straight forward and instructions were clear. The only thing I'll say is the ladder can be a bit rough on your feet due to it being made of metal. I would definitely recommend getting ladder pads for comfort. And lastly would recommend bolting this to the wall. The build itself is sturdy but can feel a bit shaky when going up/down if it is not bolted.

We purchased 2 for our preteen girls. 12 & 10. It’s great for our younger daughter- But my older daughter has problems getting into it because she’s 5’4”. It digs into the stomach and she can’t sit up in it. Oh- If you have a ceiling fan- Don’t waste your time. The room that my youngest daughter is in- She keeps hitting the fan blades. We had to remove them. I gave it a 3/5 because though they do save space- The pain my girls go through just isn’t worth it.
