We bought this has a Christmas gift for the parents but ended up deciding to keep it! From the moment you switch it on, the thing that really stands out is its incredibly realistic flame effects. The flames dance, jump, and flicker. We put it on our living room and it’s hard to pay attention else! The attention to detail is impeccable, making it hard to believe that these flames are not the real deal. My Main take aways are: 1. The flames are great. They have a ton of different preset colors to choose from. I like the white the best. You can also adjust the flame height. 2. The heat blower is really powerful. The couch is about 7 feet back and I can feel the warmth when I turn it on. It’s also independent of the flames. You can have a roaring fire visual without it getting too hot in the room. 3. This thing is massive. It’s really well built. I would recommend moving it with two people. 4. The timer function is nice. We use it a lot so we don’t accidently forget to turn it off. 5. The remote brings it all together. Is fairly simple and not very big. It’s nice changing the settings from the couch. 6. It comes with a wall mount already on the back. We currently just use the included floor stand but we plan on recessing the wall and giving it a permanent home. In conclusion, this thing is awesome! It’s realistic flames, sleek design, and powerful heating are exactly what we were looking for. It’s more than just a heater, it really can make a room stand out! TIP! The instructions say the glass cover slides out, it doesn’t that easy. You first have to remove the 4 silver screws on each side. It’s really simple but it’s not obvious you have to do it.

This Electric Fireplace offers so much versatility. You could literally see a different fireplace combination every single day for months -- 5 adjustable brightness levels, 12 adjustable log flame colors (very realistic flames), 12 adjustable crystal flame colors. I put it in the basement and I may actually recess it into the wall. Easy to change with the touch screen or the handy remote control. The Heater is powerful and works instantly. This fireplace not only looks great it is an efficient heater and will warm up any room in minutes. Pull it out of the box and it is ready to go. I have the "feet" on the fireplace right now, but as I said prior, I may recess this into the wall. You can also mount it on the wall. Instruction manual is easy to follow with simple steps. I can't wait to have my family over for the holidays and turn on this wonderful electric fireplace.

The fireplace looks great and has a lot of color options. The heat fan is quiet. The remote control leaves a lot to be desired however. While the small size is nice, it’s impossible to read the icons let alone figure out which does what. I need to reference the manual each time. I also wish it allowed for the last setting to be stored so the next time it’s turned on you don’t have to go through all the settings again (ie the color, heat, temp, etc).

Very good heat. Nice flame effects. Controls on device work by tapping the glass or via remote. A fireplace you want to cozy up to and go to sleep. Note that to release the glass cover you remove the two silver screws on each side.

The media could not be loaded. Very well packaged. I like how there are multiple ways (3) to display it. You can either recess it into the wall, use the supplied wall mounting bracket, or there are stands for it to sit on the ground. Lots of different colors for the flames looks very nice and is relaxing to look at. I am in love with it!
