I will say building the scooter took a little longer, as the instructions on some parts are not very clear. Scooter is well made, as one person said the fold handlebar is off center so it folds down a little awkwardly, but for me it's not a big deal. As for the speed it does have 3 gears and I was able to get it to to 23 on the highest gear setting and I weigh 263. I received a instructions booklet that I found to be informative on functions of the sccoter. I will say, the instructions on the front wheel assembly could use a little more details but I was able to figure it out without any additional research (YouTube) initally, overall I'm really happy with the scooter and am looking forward to riding it.

Despite few parts to assemble, instructions need a lot of work. Assembly booklet is small and instructions leave out parts(ie. where do front bumper supports connect, headlight, tire inflation is given in foreign standards). Figured most out by looking at picture on shipping box. Once assembled, nice bike but assembly left me frustrated.

Doesn't go 25 miles per hour, only 15 but other than that its a great buy. It doesn't come with instructions on assembly, but thankfully there wasn't much to assemble and it wasn't too hard. I do have one piece im nut sure what it is used for though. All in all, its a great buy

Do not buy this scooter. I bought the scooter from Amazon and when received I carefully followed the setup instructions. Unfortunately the display would not sequence through the menu rendering the scooter useless. I contacted Amazon but they will not allow a return until I have notified the company that sold the scooter. The instructions give an email address to contact the company. Two emails later no response.

I'd give it a 4.5/5 if I could (waterproofing rating would've pushed it to 5). READ THE MANUAL: The manual explains switching gears (there are 3) but *also* explains the configuration menu you can get into to adjust it. I set it to where I can get it to 30 mph (about 48 km/h) in 3rd gear (so it keeps up on slowest speed roads if necessary). That said, regardless of adjusting the limiter to, 30-ish seems to be the highest speed. Yeah the handlebar looks off-center for folding down at first, but that's just until you realize it's supposed to fold down and be in line next to the front wheel (makes it *very* short when folded). I just lash it together with the front wheel and we're good to go. Assembly instructions aren't great... but I figured it out eventually. The hard part is understanding the use of the spacers on the axle of the front wheel, but everything else was intuitive. Breaks are decent, but at 20mph (32 km/h) or higher, you can't stop on a dime because physics don't work that way, so test it first before throwing yourself into traffic-heavy routes right away. Charge seems variable based on battery draw, but is pretty long regardless. If you use more than just 1st gear in the default state, it won't last the full 30 mile range, but still considerable. It's worth the cost overall. It doesn't have a waterproof rating so... rain/snow/wet conditions are at your risk. You get what you pay for, so I knew this wasn't going to be premium, but it's fantastic for the price for sure. Overall it rides smooth and is pretty stable. Comfort level is about what you can expect from any stock bike seat so... average. Gonna use it on my 8 mile commute to work, and it'll definitely be able to cover that for sure, and to sling on my shoulder with a bike strap to carry onto commuter trains for city use. It's a bit weighty at around 60 lbs, but it's worth it for the flexibility it has by collapsing.

The perfect scooter! Doesn't go too fast but is still fast enough to keep up with traffic! Comfortable to sit on and just overall super convenient especially when you don't have a car and need to get around fast!
