Update after over a year of owning this trampoline: One of the poles unfortunately snapped and broke (boys being too rough with the basketball hoop). However, I reached out to Lyromix for a replacement pole and they immediately sent me a replacement, and were very friendly and helpful! This experience made me even happier with my purchase of this trampoline. This trampoline is awesome for the price. It took a couple hours to put together with 2 people, but it wasn’t really difficult at all. The instructions were clear and easy to read. The hardest part was the netting and not knowing how tight to tie it so we’re unable to zip it closed all the way, but that’s just user error. We’ll just have to redo it more loose at some point. Everything came in 2 shipments. The trampoline, netting, ladder, and basketball hoop came first. Then the lights, sprinkler and anchors came a few days later. The anchors definitely make the trampoline more sturdy and I also don’t have to worry about it blowing away during a bad storm. My kids are obsessed with this trampoline. We’ve had it for a few weeks now and they’ve been jumping and playing on it almost every single day since we put it up. The lights, basketball hoop, and sprinkler make it even more fun for them. I also appreciate that it came with a ladder and a storage pouch for shoes, toys. etc. This trampoline was a great purchase and I highly recommend it!

Love this trampoline and the extras it comes with! It’s lasted so far a few crazy storms with high winds thanks to the anchors! The springs were easy to put on as long as you follow the diagram! (learned that the hard way haha) and gives you a minute to enjoy your drink because my kiddos will play on it for hours! Especially once you turn the sprinkler on and add a touch of dish soap! The hardest part of the set up was the net, if you pull one side too tight the zipper will not close so I had to redo that part about 3 times before getting it just right! Overall a great Easter bunny gift!

We've had this trampoline for over a year now and the kids still use it daily. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. The light kit still works and the trampoline itself has held up to significant abuse by the kids and weather. The basketball goal broke at the welds but it did withstand a lot of slam dunks first!

1.5 year update, base and jump pad seem well built, but the safety net dry rots, comes apart, zipper for safety net rots, the braket that holds the steel rods that connects the safety net to the base hold water and rust out causing the whole safety net to start failing. Honestly after a year it is safer not to have the safety net because its a false sense of security. We had a Walmart trampoline lasted nearly 10 years. For the cost of this it should have lasted alot longer. I contacted the company but since it was out of the 12 month warranty they just wanted to sell me another trampoline. Why would I spend this kind of money again for something that won't hold up? Junk, wouldn't buy!

This is a great trampoline! The LED lights are really fun to have on after dark (you'll probably need to use more zip ties than are provided); and the sprinkler makes it way more bearable to jump even on the hottest of summer's dog days. My kids actually pooled their money together to buy this themselves and they've had so much fun all summer long. Their friends have been a little rough with it though, and a few of the plastic joints that connect the top of the netting to the poles have broken. However, when I contacted the seller they helped me quickly identify the part and sent a handful of replacements. (We've since advised the neighborhood kids that it's just a trampoline, not an MMA ring. HAHA). Overall, a great tramp at a great price. The only two things that would make it better would be to maybe replace the plastic joints with metal to prevent breakage, and more zip ties to better secure the LED strip. I keep forgetting to take a picture. I'll add it when I remember. SMH

We love our trampoline! We have a family of five and all of us can comfortably jump and play on it! The kids really love that it came with a sprinkler attachment and basketball hoop! The materials are good quality and though it took a few hours to build for two adults, it was fairly simple. The only tip I wished we had was when you are doing the netting, do not lace the string through each of the holes in the netting, you need to lace it every couple holes and try to line it up with the springs so when you pull it, it will tighten nice and close to the base of the trampoline! (I made the mistake of thinking I needed to lace them all through and it was too tight and came together super wonky when I pulled the string to tie it. I undid the lacing and skipped a few holes to line it up and it worked perfect!) Other than that, it was super simple. I'm really happy with our purchase! I also had an issue with a bent pole and reached out to customer service and they responded super quickly and they shipped us a replacement free of charge! I appreciate the great customer service that came with the product!

Purchased the 15FT for our Grandchildren 2025 Christmas present ages 6-11. The set up was a good family experience and the kids have used it almost daily. One of the netting support brackets broke away from the support leg after about 60 days of use. Contacted the company over e-mail and their customer service person (Cindy) got right on it, they were able to get me a replacement bracket within about 2-week time and kept in close contact until repair made. Once part recieved it was easily put in place and reconnected. I am completely satisfied with their attention and their responsiveness to the problem. We are 6 months into the warranty period and all is holding up to some heavy use, so am happy with our purchase and the company's customer service.

We really like the trampoline and we had a great season with it! Unfortunately after putting it away for the season we lost two of the little connectors that put together the poles that run across the top to hold the net up. We desperately want to finish setting up but can’t finish the process. We tried to find them at hardware stores but they aren’t standard tent connectors so we could not replace it. If the sellers have any suggestions for how we could replace these, we would greatly appreciate it! My suggestion is to add a few extras of these connectors to ensure the same doesn’t happen to any other customers. Thank you!
