The media could not be loaded. As many folks are reluctant to buy furniture online, I was too; however, upon reading the many reviews and speaking with the seller I decided to give it a try. The furniture came through Fedex (fast) and the boxes were in good shape. Initially I came across several broken pieces but be assured that the seller 100% stands behind their products. He quickly shipped the replacements. We assembled the furniture in about 3 hours due to some initial learning curve but the assemble is very straight forward once you assemble one seat. I would like to mention that, as many as concerned about the seat thickness and comfort, the cushions are good 5-6 inches thick and very comfortable (5 stars). Also, the seats are pretty wide (26 inches) which provides ample of space to everyone. This was a major requirement for us since the hard and/or thin cushions would ruin the gazebo experience. This set has a unique hand rest (~8 inches wide) which is so much convenient to place the drinks and some small food items. Wide arm rests look grand and has an elegant feel. We are going to use the back side of the hand rests for wireless pads to charge iphone (5 stars). I think every patio furniture should have this option as standard since it’s so practical to have one. Overall, this is a very decent set of furniture with good cushions and fair pricing. I love the vibrant color and the water just beads up when it rain. I had someone cut a piece of board to put under the fire pit so that I could place glassware on top and also so the water doesn’t pool up when it rains. The fire pit is beautiful at night and put out some nice heat. The company was great in helping me find replacement cushions covers and they sent me the rest when I didn’t have enough for my ten piece furniture. The umbrella was a gift from someone. Oh, and the cushions don’t sink in when you sit down they are firm but not hard. I had this patio furniture for 10 months now and everyone always complements how beautiful it looks. I had someone put it together for me and it took him three hours by himself, he said that it wasn’t bad but he’s a handyman. As for the quality of the furniture, it’s perfectly fine. Instructions are a little confusing. It looks great and is more comfortable that we expect. Pleasantly surprised there. Only reason we are giving it four stars, is for the few flaws in ours that we noticed. There was a bit of an issue with our experience with delivery of the set. The four star rating is on the quality of the furniture, not based off the delivery confusion. We ordered the 7 piece set with fire-pit. We only received the Fire-pit , nothing else and it was marked as “Delivered”. This order was obviously going to be more than one box. As a customer it’s a bit worrisome so see it as “delivered” when only one piece arrived. Having no way to track the rest, lead us to think it was an incomplete delivery. Because we couldn’t contact the seller, we submitted a return request and ordered another set from another seller. Only to have the rest of this one arrive over the span of three days. Totally understand, but with the price tag it had us a little freaked out. It should be noted too that there is no pick up option if we had to return. ... show more

This is a well constructed outdoor patio sectional. We purchased the 6 piece… Easy to build but it will take you 4-6 hours to put together on your own . With a helper will definitely help … Just take your time and follow the instructions guide . You will have alot of extra parts depending on your set up .. ... show more

Love this set for the price. Looks great and was pretty easy to put together. Recommend using you own tools, makes it a little faster. Love that it's modular, so if we feel like changing it up we can. Customer service was great too! One of the peices was bent from shipping and got it replaced with no problem. Customer service was perfect. They reached out within the first hour and provided very good services. The product itself has a very good quality. It is worth spending money. As a constructive feedback I would suggest to provide a better brochure. The instructions were not clear. I gave it up.

I couldn't be happier with this set. I am Over the Moon with the entire proceas and final outcome. I am a 67yo WF who is a FT RVer. I opted for a home-base park after COVID and haven't really settled into my space. I ordered this furniture as a birthday gift for myself. I wanted my space to feel more like home. My order came all together in 3 compact boxes. Yes 3 boxes. #1 for a rather large firepit, #2 were the 2 armless chairs & cushions plus the coffee table, #3 contained the 2 corner couch pieces & cushions. The packing was impeccable, every piece, down to the screws, were labeled with typed stickers that had the full description of what the piece was. All screws were in zip lock bags and labeled with their corresponding alphabet referred to in the instructions. I am so delighted with the excellent construction, durability and appearance of this set. The coffee table has a matte black glass top which is going to be much easier to keep clean. I put the entire set together by myself. If I can do it anyone can! I ordered the throw pillow covers separately from Amazon.
