    • Quality build, heavy well built, major design flaw.
It’s a well built grill but there’s an issue. The grates do not tilt up out of the way - so building a fire is really difficult. Major design flaw. I’ll have to cut and modify it. Look for a design that allows the grate to swing up and out of the way.

The good thing about the grill is it is a beast. It was backed into with a backhoe and damaged the backhoe without a scratch on the grill. My two main concerns are these; after the first use, the sides bowed out and the grates cannot be moved. Once the grill cools, it goes back to a position where the grates can be moved, but during a cook, almost impossible. The second concern I have is the grates should have been constructed to flip up so charcoal can be added easily and cleaning would be so much faster. Other than that, it’s a decent grill and gets some conversations with folks. ... show more

We love our new grill cooks well and everything was good but one handle was wrong size. So receiving a new one hopefully soon.
