These have very good brightness and look great. The app takes a bit of exploration to figure out and most of the preprogrammed scenes are garbage. For example, the thanksgiving scenes uses purple and green?? this was definitely not made by someone who is familiar with thanksgiving. but you can make your own so no biggie. These lights look great. When you open the package there is a horrible odor, open these outsides. They go on the house so for substantially less then the govvee lights you can put up with it. Lights have good connections and wires are decent gauge. The wireless is old and outdated at 2.4, but it works even with a weaker signal. connecters screw in so water tight. 3m tape works like magic. The provided screw clips are complete trash. Just buy some from the local hardware store. The wifi connector is in a control switch at one end of the lights. I would put this where you plan it to be and double check the connection works before installing. they sell a splitter that may work to allow you to move the controler wifi receiver to a section not on an end, not sure if it would work as I was able to get a sufficient connection off the end of the string. the spacing is good and the lights are decently bright. you can set a on and off schedule and preselect an animation or create your own. The white looks good as do the basic colors orange, green, red and orange and purple. I haven't checked out the others. It has a color picker like on a computer so lots of colors, not sure how they all look.

The media could not be loaded. I had to buy a signal amplifier I’m hoping this fixed my lights. I have the 100ft and it did not say I needed one I only have the 6 strains provided in the box connected and only two of my 6 work after 2 days of use. I do not have it plug in a drop cord so I’m not sure what happened. I’m hoping when the amplifier that costed me $32 more on top of the $300 these cost fixed my problem. Can’t get any customer support or find a website for asahom this is not good consorting how much money I paid and time spent putting these up. The adhesive is absolutely awful on these I have had them 4 days and they all keep falling I have tried all kinds of adhesives and nothing has worked. This whom experience has been awful and Amazon want help other the offer a refund and sadly when the lights did work for two days they was absolutely beautiful I was so excited to come here and review them and now this has been absolutely and awful experience so far and no real Suppurt I emails the support for the product and got no responses. Considering how much these cost this signal amplifier should had been included sense the lights aren’t getting enough power or whatever the issue is. This is so sad (the above video is when they did work for first two days they was beautiful

They are priced just right and they are worth it. Easy installation and permanent lighting were achieved. If you know how to DIY a three-prong cable 16 AWG, you can cut the cord and properly join the cable in corners that don't need lights. If one light fails the whole string will fail but you can replace the damaged light with a new one by properly cutting and joining the new light or by just cutting the light away.

I have bought $1000 Worth of outdoor lights and then some! I would highly recommend these lights. It takes some time to install, but so well worth the time and effort. I do recommend fallowing the instructions fully and be near your router and lights when syncing them together. After that, you can create all kinds of lighting.

Be sure you have a strong connection to WiFi when placing the transformer. The 150’ combo seems to need the power booster even without the extension cords being used. I used some cable clamps instead of the sticky pads for possible changes. Light quality is great! With a little tweaking these are a great addition to any home!

Light works great. Only 2 things that made this light not getting a 5 stars. Not sure why if you cut and splice just a few feet, that string just stop working. ever if it is reconnected without additional wire. So no splicing period. The other is the APP. There should be a web site where one can get the details of how to use it. It would make a big different to the buyer.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing this light kit. I should have followed my first instinct and not bought them. The kit i received had a package of dried up alcohol pads that were completely useless. After overcoming that obstacle, I found that the adhesive backing on the back of the lights wouldn't stick to anything on my house regardless of how clean the surface was. I would have used the clips to secure them but they only send enough clips for half the lights. Don't get fooled by the splashy advertising that states "permanent outdoor door lights" because the very thing that's supposed to make them permanent doesn't work. I had such high hopes for these too. Definitely would NOT recommend.

The brightness of these lights is great. For my day to day setting, I only have them at 15% brightness and use full brightness for special occasions. The colors look very vivid as well. Installation was straightforward. They give you more than enough installation material. They have been installed for a month and I have not had any fall so the adhesive seems good. I recommend gloves when using the primer pads. I had to run a 30 ft extension for my install and found that rg59 siamese cable was perfect. I was able to use their included splice connectors with the rg59. There are no signal issues even over 50ft as I tested. Customer support has also been great. I had an issue with a strand that had a bad solder joint. They were quick to send a replacement. Its very important to test all the strips before you put them up. I tested after every strip I installed. They also addressed a concern I had with power consumption on certain modes which they addressed with a firmware change. The app is ok, but not great. The DIY tool sometimes refuses to make changes even after closing and reopening the app. I am also not able to consistently able to make changes to favorites. Sometimes it loads my favorite and other times it loads a random pattern in the DIY.
