The structure is what I was looking for. The coolest thing about this was I made a mistake by not separating all the roof panels and didn’t notice there were some with different screw holes. I bought this carport for the 3rd car we purchased (we only have a 2-car garage). I wanted a carport that looked nice and was sturdy. I had this assembled (it was more than I could do), and it took the two guys assembling it about 3 or 4 hours. Results are just what I was hoping for. Looks terrific. Not the cheapest carport you could buy, but it's more economical when you wait for a sale, and it definitely holds up in harsh weather better than the fabric ones - particularly given the extreme heat and relentless sun in the southwest. For me, it has been very good value for what I paid, and I highly recommend it.

in ordered the 10x15 size . note : you MUST MUST MUST be square and level BEFORE installing roof sections . the 5/16 "tech screws" supplied that are used for the roof are garbage . go to HD and get then"tech roofing screws" with the rubber seal . or you WILL have leaks . the foam tape supplied is garbage also . seal your seams with sikkens 221 as you lay on roof panels or you WILL have leaks on the roofing panels . .....just some advice from a installer ..... overall i'd recommend the product . 7 out of 10 on scale

Bought two back on Sept. 1, 2019. They arrived about the 16th. One for me and the other for my nabor (he paid me back). I gave 4 stars for assemble, but it wasn't all that difficult. I waited till now to review because I was waiting for a good snow storm to check the snow load capacity. As you can see from images 04 & 05, it held up just fine and it was a wet snow. Others complain that it isn't sturdy enough but, as you can see, it stayed up for me and my nabor. I would recommend this carport for anyone looking to protect their property. L8R daze . . .

Love our 10x20…. Tried for a 10x29….. 1st delivery. 12x24… returned…. 2nd delivery attempt. 12x20…. Delivery refused. 3rd try….. given notice a week out from delivery date…. DAMAGED & RETURNED TO AMAZON…. We got our 10x20 from Amazon with minor damage, but, in one try. After this 3rd failure for a 10x29, I did not reorder from Amazon. I contacted Shelter Logic again and relayed our experiences… they offered true customer service and even saved me a few bucks (still more than Amazon… but, without the drama!). Found the unit we wanted in Fontana Ca. We might actually get it before last scheduled delivery from Amazon. I HAVE always been an AMAZON fan…. But this is one of several disappointing times…. Sometimes, paying a bit more gets you what you want… without the DRAMA. Very disappointed in AMAZON at this time! Well, got first one done, no easy task for 70+ yo DIYers. Extending & adding 2nd one. Anticipating same issues as 1st (10x20) this time 10x29. All & all, a lot of work to assemble, position & secure to pad, but, very happy with end results. I love it when you buy something that is supposed to be assembled & last for years.... but, by the time it arrives at your house, it’s damaged, scratched & things tat aren’t supposed to stick are stuck on stuff they aren’t supposed to! Every piece of roof material has a large damaged corner 6-8” into panel. Peak panels packed with nothing between full panel & raw metal edge.... paint worn off to shiny “rustable” metal entire length of panel. Poor packing & rough shipping! A lot of pre install work will have to be done before we can put together!

First off this was a project doomed from the start. I initially sat me delivery date for a Wednesday between 9 and 9, nothing told the way it would be delivered for free so I scheduled it so it would come to my place of work to be able to use the forklift. That Wednesday crossroads logistics called me to schedule it for the next day (thursday) and when asked why it wasn't coming today she said she didn't know why Amazon said a day they have nothing to do with it. So it was to be there between 1 and 4 Thursday, 4 came and went and nothing, called to see where it was no answer, so I sat and waited, tried calling again finally got after hours dispatch he said truck was extremely late but he was making all his deliveries that day, sat at work until 830 and nothing still....Friday comes, crossroads won't answer the phone, I get a text saying it will be there Monday between set hours and there would be a 30 min call ahead. I had help scheduled to install it on the weekend so that trashed those plans. Monday comes and it shows up, not how it was supposed to but at least it showed up. Looking at the top box it says "1 complete unit DO NOT SEPERATE" also shows shelterlogic shipped it direct from Illinois to me via Estes, (tracking showed it coming from Washington state via NSD). Long story short it looks like it shipped Estes, transfered to NSD, then to crossroads logistics, the to 2 guys in a box truck with a different name with the 3 boxes off the pallet loose on the floor...WHAT A MESS and somewhere in all the shipping changes it did get damaged but not enough to give thru all the hassle again. As far as assembly goes it's pretty straight forward, except (I knew going in it wouldn't be perfect this is not my first building kit by any means) there are so many joints in the frame and roof that NO MATTER HOW LEVEL AND SQUARE everything is, it dont work out right and you are left with a carport that looks decent but when you look at it close its got a lot of fitment issues
