  • Great chair once you get it together
Color: Red
Getting the arms attached to the back and the bottom can be a bit tricky. This is my 2nd purchase of this chair from Arozzi. The company really sticks by its warranty because they do build good chairs that will last if you take care of it.

  • Padding in arm rest lasted less than one week
Color: Black
The chair looks really sharp and its not as bulky as you would expect. the overall size and look is great. It was fairly simple to put together. The seating is very comfortable and I love the lumbar pillow. My only complaint is a pretty substantial complaint. The arm rest padding has broke down and is practically flat at this point. I have only owned this chair for about a week. I am a pretty small guy at 160lbs and the only thing I use this chair for is gaming and streaming. Arm position is extremely important in FPS games. This is because you use more arm movement and lower the dpi on your mouse rather than hi dpi and wrist movements. To stabilize your arm you use the arm rest. I have lost .5 of an inch of padding on both arm rests already :(. This chair is on the lower end of gaming chairs when it comes to cost. For that I think that it is fairly priced and I understand that that lower cost has to come from somewhere. Overall I think it is a great chair but I would not recommend this if you intend to use the armrests for more than holding the chair together. ... show more

  • Very impressed for the price point
Color: Black
I bought this chair for my home office since it's looking like I'm going to be here for a while. My other gaming/work chair I got in the $100-150 price range required some small mods to be stable - this one is right out of the box. Size wise, it's a very generous yet neutral size - the wrap around sides on the seat and back are not uncomfortable and the chair raises up quite a bit, so if you're not skinny or are all, I think you'll be ok. The material has a decent touch and breathes well enough. The arms aren't adjustable, but they're at a reasonable height. Even though it's new, it's a little stiff, so if you're looking for something with some floof, this isn't it. Still and all, very comfortable for the price point. Overall, comp it with any chair in the $275-350 range at an office store and I think you'll be happy to save 50%. ... show more

  • Size was as expected, perhaps a bit larger than photo suggests.
Color: White
Good value, seat is comfortable and sturdy with height adjustment ok. no back adjustment is only downside.

  • It’s alright I like it just not the missing screw
Color: Black
Chair is very comfortable not bad at all, the little pillow helps for my lower back to be honest best chair i sat in. The only two things that I dislike was that the instructions to build it wasn’t helpful at all I had to YouTube it in order to build it correctly Second was that it didn’t come with the correct amount of screws for the chair check the box and every but they literally only give you seven screws for the chair or in the box i got need to do better with the packaging cause now I’m missing a screw i gotta find that will hold the chair arm correctly ... show more

  • Go ahead and “add to cart”. Stop now and save time. This is the chair!
Color: Black
Stop and hit “add to cart!” This chair is so amazing! Roomy and comfy! I’m 5’6, 330 lbs. I’m a pear shape. I have tried about 5 chairs and then sat in this one. AMAZING! Great quality! Fast shipping! You get what you pay for. I love the lumbar support! I sit for 8 plus hours a day for my job. I can’t stress it enough how great this chair is. Easy to move around. My husband assembled in about 15 minutes! My husband wants to get some of these for his poker table. Great look too! ... show more

  • Poor Packaging & Poor Quality
Color: Red
The seat and seat back cushions arrived with a couple areas that had been crushed from poor packaging. Being packed against the chair base is the likely reason. There's no styrofoam or other packing materials inside the box. Everything is just strategically wedged in place inside the box. I originally decided I could live with the packing damage, and so I began the assembly process. Assembly should have been pretty straight forward and looked simple enough. The arms are structural members and hold the back onto seat, and as a result they are critical to the integrity of the chair. The arms attach to inserts in the lower seat and seat back, but the tolerance of the insert locations does not appear to be adequately controlled. One arm attached to the lower seat with a bit of a struggle, but it could be assembled. The other arm would not go on at all. One of the inserts was mislocated just far enough to make assembly impossible. I didn't even try to attach the seat back. If you're one of the lucky ones and get a chair that's made right then it might be ok. It's a nice looking chair, although I can't comment on the comfort. My advice is if you take a chance and buy one of these then you should film the unboxing to save yourself a lot of frustration when you're trying to pack back up this pig to return. ... show more
