I’ve never used a rice cooker but make a lot of rice so I thought I’d try a cheap one. It came quickly and was nicely packaged. It’s really as simple as adding 1,2 or 3 scoops of rice with the provided cup and filling with water to the corresponding line. (Washing rice is optional but recommended). It cooked until it was done and then switched to warm. You don’t have to tell it how long to go or anything, it was fantastic. The rice of the bottom did get a little browned. That doesn’t bother me but it may bother someone else, so just be aware. It’s extremely lightweight and compact. I worry it will break quickly but can’t say that until it happens. I have used it a couple times now and it works really well the amount of rice is always too much for me and my wife so we cut it in half some nights but it cooks very well and it’s nice and compact allowing for easy cleanup, it’s not loud but loud enough too tell it’s done
