Get it.
After weeks of researching security solutions, this one stood out—and it completely exceeded my expectations once I got it set up. The 10-channel NVR is a game-changer. 10” display is sharp and makes it easy to monitor without needing a separate TV or monitor. The 1TB hard drive offers plenty of space for storing high-resolution footage, and the system’s motion recording feature ensures it only captures what matters. The 4MP spotlight cameras deliver sharp video both day and night, and I was surprised at how clear the image remains even when zooming in. Motion detection is highly accurate, minimizing false alarms from animals or leaves. The two-way audio is another standout feature—it’s clear, responsive, and perfect for scaring away raccoons who want to dig in my trash! I love that these cameras are solar-powered—no complicated wiring, and I can mount them anywhere I need coverage. Even in less sunny conditions, the battery backup keeps everything running smoothly. From unboxing to complete setup, everything was intuitive and easy. Fastening the cameras to my home was straightforward using the provided guides. The mobile app is well-designed and keeps me connected to my property no matter where I am. I can pan, tilt, or zoom remotely, review recordings, and get motion alerts instantly. Overall, this is a top-tier, all-in-one home security solution. Between the solar-powered operation, smart detection, local storage, and excellent video/audio quality, it’s clear Hiseeu put real thought into this system. Highly recommended!

No night time video on one unit
We purchased this system in 2023 and loved it so we added more cameras and it’s been working perfectly until now. One of our cameras is not charging properly because it goes blank every night now. Can someone please explain what to do? Replace the one camera or replace a battery? We are not sure what to do. Please advise. Thanks

Fire Trap
Do not purchase this equipment's. Fire Hazard!!! Fire Hazard!!!! I bout Themis package and was really excited about it. I got it and unboxed it and it looked pretty good if a little cheap feeling but decent. I hooked everything up inside snd scanned everything in their app and lastly before doing the install I made sure everything was working smoothly between the cameras and nvr, they made me think that was cordless too but it’s not. So continuing on, the first camera I went to set up on the house under the eave and got the camera mounted and sitting how I wanted and then I hooked up the solar panel. In about two seconds smoke starting coming off the bottom of the camera and I got in close to see where it might have been coming from and the camera burst into flames in a fire ball that gave me a sunburn instantly and made me fall off my latter. And when I picked myself up I saw the camera was still burning and melting. But the camera was right under the eave and I was worried about the house catching on fire because the flames were going up into the vent holes underneath behind the facia. And it was burning really good and I got back up on the ladder to get the flames away from the house the camera was dripping molten fallout all over and had caught a few other things on fire. I had barely touched it when the camera fell off the mount and as I thought I was in the green and all good. It was like fireworks and sparklers and I don’t know what exploded AGAIN right in my face. But this time there was a lot more “heat” and I was knocked off my ladder again and fell. When I was able to get up, my face was feeling like it was on fire and I had breathed something nasty tasting in when the sparks started that had me choking and fighting to catch my breath. Once I punched myself back up onto my feet I noticed I couldn’t see anything and was panicking and yelling until my friend found me and was able to see only after she washed out my eyes a lot with water and poured it over my head to alleviate the burning feeling on my skin as well. Paramedics came and chemical washed my eyes and face and advised that I go to the er and I had my friend take me where they said it was just going to take some time to let the flash burns heal in my eyes and face as well as my lungs from the burning lithium fumes. It was a horrible experience and companies shouldn’t allow such dangerous diy products to be sold. Pictures included

Excellent value, no monthly fees!
This is my second Hiseeu camera system. I upgraded from a 4-channel setup to a more robust 10-channel system, significantly expanding my coverage capabilities. The local storage has also been upgraded from 128GB to 1TB, which provides ample space for longer video retention. One of the key features I was looking for was a standalone monitor, and this system delivers. It also includes an HDMI cable, allowing you to connect it to a larger monitor or TV for enhanced viewing. The system is expandable—I was able to integrate my older cameras seamlessly, which added even more coverage. Personally, I prefer the PTZ camera for its compact size and use of a USB-C cable, as opposed to the larger fixed camera that uses a micro-USB connection. Customer service has been excellent, and the fact that there are no monthly fees makes this a great value. For a one-time cost, this system offers impressive performance and flexibility.

Better than the Ring. Easy set up. Read my notes.
The camera system is exactly what I was looking for. It was really easy to mount and get working. Take your time and read the provided instructions. This system is so much better than my old ring cameras. **Note: You should not have to reset your camera to get it to connect to the hub. Set up the hub first. Bring each camera one at a time near the hub. In the hub, go to settings and add a camera. When it's searching for your cameras, power on one camera at a time until it connects. If it is having issues I recommend deleting all the cameras that are listed on the hub and do what I said again. Lastly, reset the camera if all else fails.

Could be better
Cameras work okay. Quality is good but it is laggy in real time. If you want to bave it recording 24/7 every camera is an individual subscription. Had to add a wifi extender to get full reach to all cameras. Also had 2 bad cameras in first batch but luckily they replaced them all fast and efficiently. Could elbe a better product for the money
