It actually works and it's fun to use. But I'd like to see some improvements. First, I'd like to some idea of what the levels mean. Second, most of the levels are too easy. They should add two or three more levels. Third, I don't see a way to contact the manufacturer.

I Was hella skeptical at first especially since its kinda expensive, and not rly any reviews but i just got home and opened it up. This thing is actually nice. Good build quality, simple and i thought i was strong until i tried level 9 and up. It has some good resistance and Doesnt feel awkward. Im a truck driver so i practice and workout in my truck and i can tell this thing is gonna help wit my armwrestling. Would recommend if ur looking for good forearm, and side pressure type of workouts. ... show more

The build quality is very good. Sturdy and has a good amount of resistance good thing its variable and comes with a nice matt for your elbow. Very fun and definitely seems to give a good workout. Is a bit expensive but worth it.

Underwhelming to be honest. I'm no where near a professional or would even consider myself to be advanced and I can press the max setting. Gave it 4 stars because it will be useful to me for awhile but if you are a legit arm wrestler I wouldn't bother.
