Great arm wrestling handle. I normally make my own handles because most are too expensive but this handle was so cheap I thought I'd give it a try. The 2" oversized grip is about perfect size to simulate gripping an opponents hand and the padding prevents the strap from rubbing on hand during the exercise. Perfect handle for practicing pronation, top roll, and turn handle over to practice low hook with suppination. I'll be ordering a second handle. I have many handles but this handle along with the wrist wrench handle and a good padded strap are the only 3 that are a necessity. ... show more
