  • This shade is 26.5 inch wide. This is based on the Cassette Valance. For an inside mount, it is recommended that your inside window frame is at least 26.75 inch wide to ensure proper fit.
  • Our zebra shades are made from a polyester material that is designed to provide privacy while still allowing light to enter the room. The shade contains a sheer vain (2 inches in height) and solid vain (3 inches in height) that is adjusted so that you can control when you want privacy, versus when you want light to come in a room. Note that The fabric width will be a total of 1-1/2 inch narrower than the Cassette Valance width. The Cassette Valance height is 3 inches.
  • Installation hardware is included for both inside mount and outside mount.
  • Please ask us any questions you may have prior to making your purchase to ensure your window treatment is the right fit and style. If you are not absolutely certain, we recommend ordering one blind as a trial to minimize a potential return expense.
  • Cleaning recommendation: Use a feather duster, or vacuum lightly using the soft brush attachment.

Description

Our Cordless Zebra Shade offers a unique control of privacy and light filtration through the solid and sheer vains on the shade. The Cassette Valance matches the fabric that is on the body of the shade. Note that the fabric width is 1-1/2 inch narrower than the Cassette Valance width. The Cassette Valance height is 3 inches. For inside mount, please order a shade that is at least 1/4 inch smaller than the width of your window. If you need inside mount and your inside window width is 35 inch, please order a shade less than 34 3/4inch.

The shade looks good and I like the valance that hides the roller. It also fits well in the window. The installation was a bit of a pain because the bracket is a 90degree and hangs down in front of the window. I would have liked the bracket to be just flat so it can be mounted to the ceiling and not hang down. The roller also doesn't stay down so I'll have to add some weight to make it stay. I must say I am elated with these blinds. I had never seen these before. The installation was so easy, and they look so clean and simple on my windows. One photo shows it closed, and the other is open. An ingenious idea! And…..best of all no more cleaning blinds. These blinds are great for the money. They are very easy to install. And they look great. I have nine of these blinds. I had a little problem with two of the blinds and customer service from the seller was awesome and got right back to me same day.

I ordered these blinds for the Master bedroom. I have two small 30 1/2 W X 58 1/2" L windows, and ordered the 30" W for inner mount as recommended. I wish I ordered the 30 1/2W which is the exact width of my window. I'm pretty sure they would have fit based on the extra space I have after installing. Note the actual blind is about 1/2 inch on each side. I just ordered the 30 1/2" because i want to see if they are a better fit. I will write a follow up review once i receive and install. Only down side is the blinds are tricky to snap into the cassette. I also wish Arlo had more length options. The 60" is a bit long for my 58 1/2 L window, so to close the blinds completely for privacy, i have to accommodate the height up. They look classy and modern. ... show more

I was skeptical at first, some people spoke about the quality of the product, saying that it wasn’t good enough, so I held off on buying them. I ended up going to blinds2go, and I saw blinds that were similar to these, I wanted to see the quality of those and they were delicate, and they tried to charge $250 for each. That’s exactly when I knew I would be confident in this purchase, I bought 3 and it still came out cheaper than blinds2go. The only thing left was to compare the products, when they arrived, I was super happy. They’re exactly the same material, the quality is good, they are a little delicate, but it shouldn’t be a problem, unless you’re throwing ninja stars at them. If you’re up in the air about the quality, don’t be. These look super nice and clean, easy to install and super easy to use. If I had anything that I would say could improve the product is maybe if it could be a bit thicker, not for sturdiness but so that it can blackout the lights better, right now it does a great job of keeping the light out, but it’s not as dark as a blackout curtain. Seller: Top Blinds = good Product: Arlo Blinds Cordless Zebra Roller Shades 34.5" W x 48" H = bad I ordered these blinds, and the arrived without the mounting hardware. The seller (Top Blinds) was very responsive and send me the mounting hardware for free. The blinds, however, are not well made. The blinds have no "locking" element (unlike roller shades, they don't stop with a quick upwards motion). After initial installation, the blinds kept returning to the full up position and would not stay down. I should have probably returned them, but instead took apart the torque mechanism on the right side of the blinds to fix. The torque box consists of, basically, a spring (that brings up the blinds) and friction screw, which keeps the blinds in place by balancing the spring force. If you install and the tension is not working, I recommend turning the torque screw (shown in the side photo, it's the screw in the center of the torque mechanism) counter clockwise until the blinds do not raise even when assisted, holding the blinds in place and extending to the install height. Then, Hold the blinds at the install height (which should not raise) with the bottom resting against something so some slack in the blinds, then slowly turn the torque screw clockwise (reducing the friction) until the slack comes out of the blinds (indicating they would rise when pulled up). ... show more
