I drink these on a daily basis and was happy to see them on a deal. The design of the bottle works well too that it doesn't clump to chocolate flavor in it. I had purchased another brand of chocolate protein shakes that came in the bottles and the chocolate flavor was always clumps and would come out in chunks even when it was shaken. I am a fan of anything chocolate and I purchased this for my fasting diet. I enjoy the taste of it. Not too rich and not too bland and also not too sweet. It’s a perfect balance. It does as intended as a breakfast meal replacement which for me it last for about 6-7 hours until I feel hunger again. Everyone’s body is different so please don’t assume it will be the same for you. The texture is not thick and creamy, which is a plus for my preference. We have a subscription plan to receive these every 3 weeks and it is the best money ever spent! Not only is it super convenient to have these shipped, they are so so good! The flavor is just like chocolate milk and it has high protein. If you are looking to cut out a snack or meal, etc breakfast… these are the way to go. This is also the cheapest I have seen these, compared to our local grocery stores. If you haven’t tried the Amazon subscription service, we have been so pleased with everything we have received. I love that I get 30 grams 9f protein and it's ly 160 cals and 1 gm of sugar. A great meal replacement when I know I need to eat and don't feel like it. I was expecting it to be very lumpy and fake tasting, but it actually was good. It does need to be shaken well and I would recommend adding about 1/4 cup of milk to fully get rid of any clumps.

Good n healthy, look at the list of vitamins & minerals. I mean, it when has Phosphorus! I haven't seen that listed on Anything else! Make sure to shake, then drink a sip or two, then shake even more, or there'll be little lumpy things. It's bound to happen in shipping and storage. I wish they'd store and ship them in insulated boxes, though, even though they're sealed, maybe that would help. The lumps are rather unappetizing. Luckily, when you shake well, they're pretty rare, and the health is SOO good, for only a little over Half the price of Ka'chava! Granted, Ka'chava still has three times the number of micronutrients.
