First off, I give this collar and leash 2 BIG THUMBS UP!!! The quality is excellent. Price is fair. My dog "El Chapo" approves!!! He is 10 lbs with his neck measuring at 11in and chest at 16in. I ordered an XS. As you can see from the photo, the sizing is absolutely accurate. I purchased the harness also in XS along with a poopy bag to complete the set. Beautiful! The only thing I didn't like was the black faux leather company tag that was sewed in immediately to the right of the tag loop. To make it more custom, you can hang a charm on the ID loop instead of ID. You can get a curved riveted ID to place directly on the collar. This way, the ID won't get lost, unless the collar comes off. The buckle is very strong. I pulled it in different directions ans would not unbuckle. I removed the stitching carefully to get rid of that both from the collar and harness. Left the tag on the leash. Will be replacing it with a polished brass rivet ID made by LUCKY PET. Oh, and the color is ab fab!!! Green is more like Tiffany Blue. Just gorgeous and really exquisite. I hope you find this review helpful. It's hard enough to buy things online just looking at pics. (photos are from after approx 1 week and an attempt to clean) Ok... So here's the dilemma - this is/was a beautiful, soft collar and leash (still use the leash), BUT I'm very active with my little girl as often as possible, so her collars (naturally) get dirty. I looked up how to wash a velvet collar, nothing. I just went with recommendations on cleaning speciality collars. Soaked it in dog shampoo, gently rubbed it in an attempt to clean it and not only was it still a little dingy, but much is the softness, had apparently "rubbed"off. 🤷 I suppose my fault is not contacting the supplier, but why make a collar that requires special instructions to clean anyway? I can't be the only dog mom with a healthy dog activity life! When I first got this, it was soft, beautiful... Wow! Now... Let's just say the thrill is gone. I'm sad about it but I prefer none of my dog to look or be dingy. I'm just weird that way. If your dog stays at home mostly and you want her to look and feel beautiful - DEFINITELY for you! If it's gonna get dirty and you'll need to wash it... maybe not so much. Too bad. Like most short term relationships, started good... Ended sadly. ... show more

So happy I purchased this set (plus the harness and waste bag holder). It’s beautiful and well made. The waste bag pouch came pre filled with two rolls of bags which is such a nice touch. Only downside is the length of the leash. I would happily pay more for a bit more length. (Maybe there is an option for a longer one and I missed it?)
