I personally think this is the best heater for the hobby. There is a digital reader that makes it easy to set the temperature. The temperature, overall is very consistent. I don’t have to worry about the glass ever breaking, cuz it’s made out of titanium. This is a lot pricier that most other water heater, but the reliability and durability of it makes it worth every penny.

I have used these for years on ALL my tanks. When you have giant tanks (90 gal, 125 gal 210 gal) these are the best option outside of very expensive custom systems. Great for smaller tanks too. I only use these.

We all know just how crappy and sketch just about any brand of heater is. Even the best will let you down. This one doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Has a fairly accurate controller. By my Hannah hi dollar tester it's always a consistent 2° cooler in the tank than my setting. As long as it stays the same I'm good. It does. 1st one lasted almost 2 yrs. Which for these things aren't bad. Good enough I bought another. Put it that way.

9 months later going strong still. Little bit of fluctuating but nothing crazy. I ended up looking it up to my inkbird and keeps the tempature very stable now! Highly recommended

These are great, I've had one running non stop for 3 years without issues, it has a memory so you don't need to worry about setting the temp again. No glass to break is also a huge safety factor. The temperature probe keeps the temps stable and true, I keep the probe in the sump just in case the tank flow has stopped. Very vital piece to your livestock's health, a bad heater could easily wipe out your whole tank.

I'm very disappointed in this heater. Despite all the negative reviews I decided to take a chance with it. It worked great for about 2 weeks and then the heater would not heat like it was supposed to. I had a separate thermometer to keep track of this as well. In just over a month, it had gone from an accuracy rate of being off by 2 degrees, which is within the manufacturers accuracy rate, to a whooping 20 degrees off. I had the heater set at 88 and the tank would not get above 68 degrees. When I removed the heater, it fell apart and I had to scoop pieces out of it to prevent my turtle from eating it. Save yourself the trouble and money and buy a better quality heater.
