This company has the worst customer service! We installed the Aquasure Whole House Water Filtration System for one of our customers. The R/O system started leaking water at the sediment filter while our customer was on vacation, they came home to water under there kitchen sink and it damaged the cabinets in their brand new home. We contacted Aquasure and spoke with four different representatives, all of which assured us that Aquasure never pays for damages amd they do not replace units under any circumstances. After going back and forth with Aquasure and providing numerous pictures and videos they admitted that it looked like it was a faulty sediment filter and they graciously decided to replace the filter! Once again stating that they do not pay for damages. Way to stand behind your brand and treat customers ! We could not allow our customer to live with having to pay for damaged cabinets. We paid to have everything repaired because unlike Aquasure, we truly care about our customers! Aquasure proved they do not care about anything other than profit! HORRIBLE COMPANY! ... show more
