Everything works as it should but it showed up damaged. Contacted customer service and they basically said to return it at my cost. That wasn't really an option. When I first installed this water softener, it didn’t work. Then, Customer Service sent me a video showing me how to reconnect the wire (inside the head unit) that frequently works loose during shipping—works great now. I loved this company’s quick and friendly customer service…. But, if this issue happens so frequently that they made a video to fix it, why not make this connection a bit more secure in the first place? That way, it functions right out of the box. I purchased this product in 2021 . Just recently I had a problem with the control valve. Fortunately I registered the product when I purchased it ,which made the warranty good for five years. They supplied all my needs and free delivery . This unit replaced the old type which used a lot of salt . Now I use a fraction of the salt i once used . I talked my grand son and son-in-law into purchasing this unit . And they are are both happy with them . I would recommend this company to anyone I know !!! ... show more
