This product was very easy to install and far less expensive than others. Additional one year warranty with product registration or replacement. I could not find a better warranty. I had previously purchased an Armstrong pool pump and was totally satisfied with the product and customer support. This 35,000btu inverter heat pump has only been running for a few days but appears to be working exceptionally well. The wi-fi interface made start up fast and easy. I already had the Tuya app to control my pool lights so the heat pump identified my network through smart connect and added it to my app. Temperature control, start, stop, frequency, refrigerant pressures and full diagnostic info available on my phone from anywhere! Exceptionally quiet! I wasn’t sure the unit was running until I seen the fan spinning. In the coming months I will be excited to see my electric bill because of the high COP of this unit.

Aquastrong customer service saves the day! My unit was shipped without the power cord. I contacted customer service and they had a cord shipped to me without an issue. Once installed on our 9'x18' pool, about 4500 gallons, it's been working pretty well! No leaks so far and when the flow rate got too slow from a dirty filter it , shut off and notified me via the app! Love the app, it works, but could use a little refinement. It heats the pool by 1-2 degrees and hour here in SE Michigan. Great value, looks clean and well designed.

This heat pump is fantastic! I bought to replace the one I had that went bad from another manufacturer and too costly to repair. This was cheaper than repairing the old one. It came in 2 days via Prime with free shipping. While the heater is heavy, it was a very simple install. It comes with a clear to read manual and three different connection types to choose from. It also has a drain port for winterizing which will be super quick and easy come the Fall. What is amazing is how quick it heated up my pool in just 24 hours. After I got it started the water was 64 degrees. 24 hours later...79!! That is incredible. The unit has a COP of 15.2 which is super high. So I can heat the pool quicker and cheaper. It has a very nice crisp touch screen display on the unit and also has a easy app to set temps and such from anywhere. Highly recommend this heat pump!

Does not come with hose to run. Don’t expect to use this right away unless you order a hose separately. Very disappointed. No place nearby to get one so I guess I have to order one and wait some more… ruins weekend plans. Can’t really review performance yet so one star

I’ve got a rectangular intex pool (9 X 18 I believe). I don’t have a large yard at all (barely any) and the only fitting spot I had to place the pool was right in between my place and the house next door. Both are two stories, so there is very limited sun. 3 hours max a day for full sun. I’ll be honest and say it usually just stayed bone chillingly cold unless it was like 100 degrees for multiple days which is not usual in my state. I finally broke down and got one of these heaters. I’ve had mine hooked up for three days now. It’s a slow but steady climb. I’m really pleased with it so far! The pool is actually warmer than the temperature outside at the moment. From the reviews for several pool heaters, many seemed to have bad ones and a warning saying they were frequently returned. However this one didn’t have many so I took a chance. For me at this current time, absolutely worth it already. Here’s hoping it stays running well. But just in case, I bought extra coverage for it. Again, giving 5 stars because it’s absolutely doing its job as of right now just a couple days in. I’m happy with this purchase.

So far the unit is heating as it should after we got it going. Our first unit came in the display was cracked and got water in it and did it work. The second replacement unit came rather quickly and we got it hooked up, but it continually trips our GFCI breaker. The electrician that connected it says it’s common for HVAC units to do this and the only way we can run It is to not have it connected to the GFCI which obviously it’s not good. I’ve emailed the company because there’s no phone numbers to call…..That’s the reason for the four star rating as of now is heating well. I’ll update rating as time goes, but it’s very quiet bad Seems to be very efficient and heats quickly. We have a 17,000 gallon in ground fiberglass pool and heating has increased it by 10° in about 10 hours.

I emailed them a question and they got back to me super fast with details, pics, and not only did they answer my question but they included additional guidance on other questions that could have come up.
