    • Fairly accurate temp readings, calibrated using ice bath
I wanted to see how accurate this digital thermometer was so i calibrated using a ice bath. One of the digital thermometer measured 33.2 F (assuming 32 F for the ice bath). This is fairly accurate since it is +/- 1 off. The other thermometer measured a bit higher (33.7) so they are not the same but close. My el cheapo analog thermometer from APi is more accurate in terms of the ice bath at 32F. But all good since it is within tolerance. ... show more

    • Nice digital thermometers for the price
These digital thermometers are nice for the price paid. They are very compact and easy to read. The only thing I noticed is that it is one degree off, other than that, pretty good and useful for aquarium temperature monitoring.

Good to have for a reference point. Not accurate. I have two and they are both off by about +3°F. It has a power button and a switch to change from C to F. The screen is very dark and makes it hard to see if it's not day time or the lights are on. Sometimes a hassle when the fish room is dark already but I want to see the temps. ... show more

    • Accurate and easy to use.
I've had these on my tanks for a year now and they still read very accurately. I like how small they are and they don't stick out to much from the front of the tank. They were really easy to stick to the tank and set up. I'll probably use these on all my tanks in the future.
