The media could not be loaded. These must be extremely poorly made. I accidentally ordered this thinking it was the brita elite. I suggest making sure its a brita filter. These back up the reservoir so it takes forever to fill. The top of the dispenser fills and you have to turn the water off and wait for the water to slowly flow through the dispenser. Takes 3 or 4 times and about 20 minutes to fill up fully. ... show more
