The iPad came in an unofficial apple box and unofficial chargers however the it has no scratches on the screen or on the back. I bought this iPad for digital art along with the Apple Pencil and I must say that it works really well and feels very natural to draw on as well as to write and take notes on with little to no lag. The iPad feels snappy and responsive and does not feel old at all. You can pin point and draw accurately and works really well. The laminated display also beats the newer 2018 iPad as far as having no gap between the pen and the drawing on the screen. The downsides are the iPad I got had minor scratches noticeable on the metal trim on the side of the device is the smaller display for drawing and it may feel a bit tight especially when splitscreening, but it does mean that it is great mobility and can fit in any decent sized packs. Overall I would most definitely recommend this to amateur, maybe even professional artists with a smaller budget. 👍 ... show more

This is a great product i got the ipad pro 9. Something. In excellent conditions. The only issue i had is that it took 14 hrs. To fully charge . Also the charger that was provided with the ipad was not the original. Came in with a completely dead batt. I've had it for two weeks and use every day for fun and also for colllege . This ipad has keept me away from my old desk top computer. The way i see it the ipad is just like a smart cell just 10x better. I you are looking for something that can handle school and also some games and videos this is it.. i also bought the apple pencil at a diffeent website for half the price and im glad i did as it is very useful. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It works well overall for everything I need it for the only issue is the battery life isn't long at all . Other then that I like it I will be upgrading as soon as I can .

    • Not worth it. Won’t update.
It worked fine for a few days and then I found out the charger port on it was junk. Wouldn’t charge even with brand new chargers, the cords had to be wiggled or at an angle to work. Nothing in the description tells you this but after contacting Amazon several times, I was told the iPad is not compatible with the newer iOS updates. So the ipad will not update to the latest iOS, which causes it to not work at all. After not updating it refuses to connect to wifi, glitches and becomes extremely slow!! Was not offered any kind of refund, and was basically told if I didn’t get a MacBook to attempt a force update ( was told by apple it wouldn’t work anyway) then I’m out of luck. Now I’m stuck with a $200 iPad that doesn’t work. ... show more
