This is just what I was looking for. Perfect size for wallet, phone, handkerchief, checkbook in just one central zippered pocket. Each side has a two-thirds un zippered pocket, one held by a magnet, the other by a (too small) button. I can stick grocery lists, receipts, small cards, car keys in a side pocket easily. A very functional purse that doesn’t offer a maze of pockets inside and out. An essentially simple, functional design. The closure button it came with on the one side didn’t stay closed because it was too small for the loop. Aggravating. So I sewed a bigger button on. The designer and manufacturer need to do that. The exterior cloth is wearing well and cleans up easily with a damp cloth. The strap is easily adjustable for its length, but it does tend to slide to lengths longer than I like. It’s easy to get the strap back to the length I like, and I could see it to stay at that length. Not sure yet. The inside lining is colorful and fun. However, I wish there were more than one lining one could choose from. This purse, though not perfect, is a keeper! I should add that it is attractive and in black can go almost anywhere.

I really love the design, pattern, and size of this bag. My only complaint is that the adjustable strap does not stay in place. I’ve been using it at as a crossbody bag and adjust the length needs to be shortened some. After about 5 minutes of wearing it, it slips out and returns to full length. A minor design flaw.

I've really come to like this bag. I remember Vera Bradley making a huge comeback years ago, but then it faded & I haven't thought about the brand for years. The color of this bag caught my eye & I was pretty much sold once I saw the interior pattern, I really think they both elevate the look & take this from "old lady" looking to something more fresh & cute/fun. I swap bags frequently & this one is great when I don't need to carry everything I do in my big purse, but I still have too much for my pockets. I usually throw in a few cards, some cash, sunglasses, phone, keys, and a few other odds & ends. It's comfortable to wear & I was happy that even on occasions where I overfilled it (thanks to my kids handing me all their stuff to carry) the strap held strong in place. A few times I've brushed against a dirty car or something, transferring a smudge to the bag but every mark has come right off with a wet wipe. I figured given the fabric, I could easily get away with throwing in one of those zippered mesh bags & washing it on a gentle cycle if needed. Great everyday/casual bag.

I have carried Vera Bradley ever since it came out..the straps are cheap looking and don’t work. I’m only 5 foot tall so I had to adjust my Crossbody strap to fall below my waist and by the time I got in the store it was all the way down to my knees. So I adjusted again put it back on…by the time I got back to the car it was all the way back down to my knees. Maybe I don’t know how to adjust it. I got online to see if there was anything that I could do different and I couldn’t find anything so I assume it was only one way to slide that across so I had to return. Very disappointment.

I have several Vera Bradley bags and this one is so unique, I love the golden olive color and the inside patterns are so fun. It has a simple design with several pockets, and it reminds me of a quilt or puffer jacket on the outside.
