A very pleasant surprise to have received a refurbished iPad which is every bit like a brand new one with good battery life (charges fast). There’s just a very slight scratch on the screen (and I had to stare long and hard just to find this small, inconsequential flaw). Also, I received the iPad in an original Apple box and it was clear a lot of TLC went into re-packaging the iPad really, really nicely into the box.     • Don't Expect a Perfect Looking iPad
Received the iPad in the mail in an unlabeled box, and was not surprised to see that it does not ship with the original box. However, it does ship with a charging cable (which works fine) and a Samsung charging brick, which isn't strong enough to charge the device faster than a snail's pace. Once I bought a new wall adapter, I was greeted with some under the screen blemishes on the forehead of the device, most likely left over from reparing the screen. they do not come off, as they are under the glass. Battery life is decent for heavy use, if you are planning to draw on this you'll get about 5-6 hours with medium brightness and the apple pencil enabled, Otherwise it lasts more than a few days with light use. Everything on the tablet works fine otherwise, back is spotless, Touch ID works great. TL;DR buy a properly rated wall adapter with the product, and have in your mind that it will not be in absolute perfect condition upon arrival. ... show more

    • Battery issues
Everything is great except the battery. In the middle of doing something it shows that the battery is almost depleted and when I plug it into the charger it restarts and shows that the battery is at 80% or 85% far from being depleted. Annoying.

Pleased I chose the iPad Pro 9.7 inches several months ago. My prior iPad was 8th generation The iPad Pro is thinner and weighs less. The screen resolution is slightly better. All apps, pics and files copied to my new iPad Pro.

It did not come with original packaging but it was nicely boxed and had a brand new charger. It has been used since Christmas and no complaints. I ordered two and my kids are 11 and 9 years old. All I could afford but definitely a great deal. Highly recommend and like.
