I bought this to use with a Matterport camera (3D imaging-- check me out at The Handbuilt City, or handbuiltcity dot org!) and have not been disappointed one bit, either in terms of product quality, battery life, or other functionality. There are a number of products that Amazon sells, typically through third parties, with dubious track records, whether phones or computers. But this isn't one of them. Screen was perfect (I added a tempered glass protector and got a pretty beefy case because I am using this to climb up dark church steeples and stuff), and no issues with software, hardware, or charging. The included USB was not the original, but both it and the charger worked fine. I've been using it for about a charge each day when working, and the battery life is VERY impressive. Camera sucks but that is more of a commentary on the model, not on the refurbished-ness of it. This was what I might call ... ...a prime delivery. 😏😏😏I'll, uh, see myself out. ... show more

I decided to take a chance on this seller and ignore the bad comments. The device I received was in fairly good condition. The back had normal wear and tear along with some nicks, I thought I could live with that. The tablet charged faster than my phone which was a great sign. Also, the screen was intact. Unfortunately once I turned it on, I found my faith was not well placed. This is my first used Apple device and I will not buy used again unless I can test it before purchase. After using it for a short period of time my iPad went to sleep and then became unresponsive. I tried turning it back on several times, once it responded, I was able to use the tablet for all of two minutes at a time before it would crash. While trying to turn it back on, (each time) I received the low battery warning. Once the tablet finally powered on the battery life showed 79 %. I turned it off and the following day it’s below 20%. I hope that my return will be accepted. ... show more
