I’ve never bought a refurbished item, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am happy with the product however (there haven’t been any problems and it looks and works like new). I just wish the battery life lasted a little longer (currently lasts about 8 hours when fully charged).

I switched from an iPad Pro 12.9 to a 11 inch from Milo. The 11 inch is so much easier to handle and has 1T of memory....almost 10 times what I had before. I love it!

Arrived in decent packaging. Initially had trouble setting it up but was hoping that it was just at the set up. The screen stays black, then the blue lines and white lines appear, then it constantly glitches on and off every time I turn it on. Power button does work so far not a good, it’s only day one. This is my first Amazon review because I've never felt strongly about reviewing products, but I felt inclined to chime in on this one. Please do better, Amazon. Red Flag #1: The shipping package was a bubble-wrapped bag and there were no additional paddings to protect the iPad. Who knows how banged up this device got during the transfer. Red Flag #2: The charger was third-party. Didn't bother testing because it didn't even have a brand name, but it was clearly a low budget brand with no reputation for safety. Red Flag #3: The seal of the box was already ripped open. I mean, sure, recycling is good, but come on. How would anyone trust this? Once I opened the bag (yes, a bag), I immediately noticed that the edges of the iPad had multiple scratches and dings that seemed like it was dropped multiple times. The screen was not even cleaned and had multiple fingerprints on them along with a huge adhesive residue/tape mark. I immediately wrapped it back up and proceeded to return the item. The description on the page is clearly misrepresented to the point where I feel it's fraudulent. While I was disappointed, I'm also glad that my blemishes were so noticeable that I knew this was a horrible renewal job. I feel bad for the others that may not have as many noticeable damages to indicate that their iPads were most likely not "renewed" properly as well. ... show more
