I feel like Mary Poppins. It's practically perfect in every way.... except for the power cord. Plugged it in and it got really hot and the ipad did not charge. In fact, it even said, "Not charging". Grabbed the power cord from my "last year small" I pad and it was fully charged in about two hours. So I knew it had to be the charger (as well as the fact other reviewers had problems with their power cords). I called Amazon and they issued me a gift card where I can just replace it with a brand new one. Typical Great Amazon customer service.     • Item works poorly. They sold a defective item knowingly.
A few days after receiving my iPad I started having problems with the battery. 100% charged, it would go completely dark in less than a minute and it show show a drain battery. The screens turns dark automatically and it shuts down. Requested a return or replace and when received the label for return got sick and could not do it. It was after the 90 days had passed that I was able to try and get the help I needed to be denied twice. Stuck with a defective item that records show I reported days after received. Do no buy from this customer. Most of the complaints are about the same thing…the battery of the iPad. ... show more

    • How Old is it??
I bought this item as refurbished and it looked like brand new, but I had to return it as I could not find out how old the item actually was. If it was at least a 2020 model I would've kept it. They should mention it in the description in my opinion.
