I was very nervous because I didn't read seller reviews prior to hitting the buy button. It was sent Fedex with direct signature required, which is a nightmare if you work outside the house. I ordered on Monday and ended up getting it on Friday, despite the 2-day guarantee. Luckily, I received pretty much what I paid for, minus some minor dings on the corners (I ordered "excellent" quality, so I am okay with it not being "like new"). All the important things were correct - the iPad Pro model, storage capacity, color, etc. The downside is that the charger they provided was very obviously not Apple, and it charges very, very slowly. I had it plugged in for an hour and it went charged maybe 7%. Overall, the seller will get 2 stars, but the product gets 4. Please read the seller's reviews before purchase. ... show more

I’ve had my iPad for roughly a month now. No issues or complaints! No damage, did come with the wrong iPhone charger, I sent an email and within a week the correct one was sent! Great communication from suppliers is so important to me and without any trouble it was resolved quickly!

This was just gross and extremely disappointing. I was excited to receive my package today and at first glance was happy to see how well the iPad was packed. Upon removing the device from the the zip lock bag though I immediately saw and felt the crud that was all over the device. See pictures. Those aren’t just smudges - they have texture. This really was the last thing I wanted to be touching during a pandemic. All the while though I was thinking, “OK - this is disgusting but I can still wipe it down and polish it up”. That is until I saw the scratches on the front screen (also pictured). At that point I just put it all back into the box and set out to write this review. Nothing about this product lived up to the “Like new” description. I will never again purchase a refurbished product through Amazon. I’m now going to self quarantine for two weeks after touching this thing today... Buyer Beware. ... show more
