    • Beware of PrimePhaze seller for Amazon Renewed
iPad charges sporadically and ONLY if you play with the charging cable to get it just right. I understand this is renewed although basic things like charging should work. Screen also had noticeable scratches. Returned immediately to seller and going on two weeks and still no refund. They also go by another name when returning so suspect they are not new to this scam. Business Name: Power IT Corp Business Address: 3002 Commercial Ave. Northbrook IL 60062 US Update another month later: Seller still refuses refund or replacement and they still have my daughter’s returned Christmas present. Amazon will not hold them accountable for shipping defective items. Update: 4 days after sending message and still no response from this seller. They refuse to offer a refund/replacement for their defective iPad. It gets worse, now they are refusing to respond to messages. Suppose they may ship this same iPad to you. I no longer trust Amazon renewed if these are the types of suppliers used. Amazon does not stand by their 90 day guarantee or their A to Z guarantee as long as the seller denies selling me that particular device. Update: after contacting seller and Amazon 2 more times, seller will not offer refund, replacement, or ship back the iPad I returned to them. Amazon is not assisting so my only recourse it to file a police report that the iPad I paid for has been stolen and to take them to court. Stay away from this seller. Update: Another week passes by and I am still without my refund or the iPad I shipped back to PrimePhase (aka Power IT Corp). Amazon has tried contacting this seller 4 more times with no response. I'm replacing my previous iPad because the neighbor's kid dropped it and cracked the screen. The new iPad is in very good shape cosmetically. The screen functions flawlessly.
