It’s amazing, hit or miss with some I guess but mines good. Now, it came in a box that didn’t have support holding it in place, just in a box. That’s my only issue really minus the charger- the charger is definitely not apple - looks like apple (the plug in part not the cord) but definitely not apple- also it doesn’t charge great and get VERY hot- so I won’t be using that specific charger I’ll buy one from apple it self- It’s good for a replacement BUT IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME BUYER- I would just buy NEW. Works good but will not keep a charge for over 15 minutes. It will be at 100% and still die quick. Also, very slow to charge as well.

At first, when I purchased this product I was very worried about the condition it would be in due to the affordable price as well as the IOS version I would receive, but once it arrived I was shocked at how newly looking this tablet is as well as how well the functions worked. The first thing I did was set up the tablet in which eventually allowed me to upgrade to the newest IOS version available (11) and then I wanted to make sure the cellular chip from my previous device would work with it and once I was able to connect to my Verizon account with ease, I was extremely pleased. The only difference I can say is that I did not receive an original apple charger along with the device, however that was not one of my requirements due to it being refurbished. In all so far all required functions have been working beautifully and I am so thankful I was able to find this option. Cosmetically the iPad was pristine. Came in an iPad box and included charger and cable. Screen was in great shape. No scratches or marks anywhere. Easy to setup. I had no issues activating and I put a SIM card in and it fired right up to network. The only issue I have is the battery seems a little weak compared to what I'm used to. My daughter uses it primarily and she can use some battery like no other. Compared to her old one that just died (Identical model) this one does drain down slightly faster. Other than that, I think it was a great buy. Saved me a couple hundred bucks. ... show more

Absolutely amazing, even came early. Battery lasts a long time, has a lot of storage, connected straight to my phone! This is gonna be amazing for school! Instead of spending over 200+ dollars on a MacBook I bought this and a Bluetooth case with a keyboard to hook up to this. I’ll update you on how it goes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It cuts on— I wasn’t even expecting it to do that. Slow charge but the battery can be replaced. It’s decent for the price.
