Super fast delivery. Perfect condition "renewed" iPad Air 4 with cellular. I will be using Big Box LLC again for sure. I checked out everything including battery life, condition, function and cellular - all were 100% perfect. I bought this to help with my connections after Hurricane Ian and it's fantastic. "Apple for life" Go for the cellular option. I got a $10 "T-mobil 5-Gigs prepaid" pay as you go plan for emergencies when Wi-Fi is unavailable. So easy to set up - took me 5 minutes to set up on my iPad and I've never used T-Mobil before. But the real star here is Big Box LLC. Thanks for the fast Shipping. Ipad its self is perfect no issues, it did however come with a cheap charging cord and power brick. the power brick over heats and stops charging the IPad after 1-2 mins. tried different power bricks and chargers to verify. But other then that no complaints

What exactly is “EXCELLENT” about this?!?! Its got a whole dent i get the light scratches n all that but cmon a dent?? Scuffs on top of that and then the scratches are adding it up to be not excellent, i rather just spend $100 more to buy a new one at this point, i got finessed! UPDATE I sent it for an exchange and they received it and didnt have any in stock and refunded me but now I have a $150 logitech case i bought for this ipad with NO Ipad. This would have not happened had they sent me an EXCELLENT condition ipad. I get its used but when i pay $100 for excellent condition and receive one with a dent is horrible service. ... show more

Hello folks! Bought this for my 13 year old for Christmas as she really wants a tablet that responds to pressure sensitivity (Utilizing the Apple Pencil). I can confirm that that works well and the tablet is light and has excellent reactivity. I purchased this refurbished and have learned in the past that I need to open and charge something (regardless of being refurbished or new) and download the game or app they will be using the most (In this case Procreate) before giving it to anyone to avoid Christmas morning disappointment! So, I opened it and plugged it in with the power connector that came with it. It seemed to be charging but a couple minutes later I looked over and it no longer was. Unplugged it, plugged it back in and the same thing happened, it charged 2% and then stopped (up to 72% fully charged). That time, when I went to plug it in again it would not charge at all. Put it away till the next day. Pulled it out, at 52%. Plugged it in, went back an hour later and was at 54% saying it was no longer charging. That was it for me! Too much money for something that doesn’t properly work out of the box and I’m not setting my daughter up for disappointment. Spent the extra money to get a brand new one ($50 more for a fifth generation but without cellular) from Best Buy. Spent an extra hundred on a 2 year warranty in case this is an apple thing as opposed to an improperly refurbished thing. Amazon does great with returns, UPS picked it up the next day and my confidence is high that my money will be refunded with no problem. Glad I didn’t wait until the last moment before Christmas, and folks always check your devices before giving them to your children! ... show more

I like the way it was well packaged, wrapped in transparent polythene and sealed to a different compartment inside the box with space on all sides such that it would be difficult to have any scratch.
