Bought to download and play Love and Deepspace. This iPad does the job and has plenty of space, my only issue the battery life in which I knocked off 1 star. I have to plug in daily to charge and unfortunately it doesn't last long before I have to plug in again. Shipping was fine and secure and I did receive a charging cable (replacement, not Apple and it does get hot). Overall I'm glad I bought this iPad as it does it's job of satisfying my gaming needs and not eating up space on my other tablets/cell phone. The IPad came beautifully packaged and was well protected. It had a card in there offering a warranty and a free pair of earbuds. This is actually the first Apple product I have ever owned that wasn't just a pair of Airpods, so it was definitely an interesting experience opening up that bad boy and using it for the first time. So far I have not had any issues aside from just a little "quirk". Sometimes it delays in turning on and doesn't actually show me a powering on screen. Or sometimes it needs me to plug in the charger for a sec for it to turn on. Depends on how it's feeling I guess 😂 Another little "quirk" it has is that it always, without fail, turns on when I plug it in the charger when I just want it off and charging. Nothing has been a poor experience so far! The graphics are nice and smooth, which is awesome for someone like me cause I'm an artist and I'm now using procreate. I purchased this refurbished iPad expecting reliable performance at a more accessible price point. I had typically had good luck with refurbished Apple products on Amazon. Unfortunately, the device functioned adequately for only 100 days before developing a critical hardware failure. The Home button became stuck and unresponsive. Shortly thereafter, the screen became non-responsive. Despite multiple attempts at troubleshooting—including restarts, hard resets, and other standard recovery methods—the device remains inoperable. Given that this was a refurbished unit, I anticipated a higher standard of inspection and repair. It appears the Home button issue was not properly addressed prior to resale.
