Got refurnished Ipads for all my kids at a very competitive price. Had issues with one of the Ipads, after which I contacted customer service. They replaced the item that was causing some issues (part of the screen didn't respond as required) by sending over a replacement before we had to return the malfunctioning one, allowing return only after we were able to set up the replacement. Great communication and customer service. I needed an iPad for nursing school and this was a great affordable option! Bought it used in good condition, and to my surprise- no dents, scratches, or problems at all when I first received it! It still has good battery life & sound quality, as well as functioning touch screen and Touch ID capabilities. Would be 5/5 stars if not for one problem (4th picture) mysteriously appearing 2 months after my purchase. iPad Air 3’s are apparently known for having a display malfunction that is a hardware issue (basically not fixable) that appears as a bright white spot about the home button due to heat flow through the techy stuff under the screen.
