The IPad came beautifully packaged and was well protected. It had a card in there offering a warranty and a free pair of earbuds. This is actually the first Apple product I have ever owned that wasn't just a pair of Airpods, so it was definitely an interesting experience opening up that bad boy and using it for the first time. So far I have not had any issues aside from just a little "quirk". Sometimes it delays in turning on and doesn't actually show me a powering on screen. Or sometimes it needs me to plug in the charger for a sec for it to turn on. Depends on how it's feeling I guess 😂 Another little "quirk" it has is that it always, without fail, turns on when I plug it in the charger when I just want it off and charging. Nothing has been a poor experience so far! The graphics are nice and smooth, which is awesome for someone like me cause I'm an artist and I'm now using procreate. Bought to download and play Love and Deepspace. This iPad does the job and has plenty of space, my only issue the battery life in which I knocked off 1 star. I have to plug in daily to charge and unfortunately it doesn't last long before I have to plug in again. Shipping was fine and secure and I did receive a charging cable (replacement, not Apple and it does get hot). Overall I'm glad I bought this iPad as it does it's job of satisfying my gaming needs and not eating up space on my other tablets/cell phone. I have absolutely loved this iPad so far. I use it for research and writing as well as for livestreaming and learning music. It's sleek and lightweight but is definitely well-built. It looks brand new and operates pretty much perfectly. Sometimes I notice the screen does not respond for a few seconds, but I looked it up and this is apparently common in thus model of the iPad, and doesn't have anything to do with the "renewed" status. The battery lasts days at a time with moderate use and will last pretty much all day even with heavier use. It was so fast and easy to set up. I bought it because I enjoy the one my work provided for work, but wanted my own. My work gave us all an iPad pro for use in our classrooms. I honestly don't notice a huge difference between this iPad and the Pro other than maybe the Cameras. I was really nervous to buy renewed but just couldn't justify a brand new iPad price. Arrived with a short in the charging port. It held charge for a long time and I hadn’t used it enough to realize there was an issue. I contacted seller when I realized there was an issue with the charging port. Seller was extremely difficult to work with and did not respond to messages in a fast enough manner. By the time it had died I realized how severe the port was. I took it to a professional to have it fixed, as it was now outside of refund/return time for Amazon and conveniently outside of the 90 “warranty” the seller offered. Anyway, the person i took it to to have it fixed informed me that it wasn’t a charging port issue at all, it was a motherboard issue they couldn’t fix and whoever sold it to me sold it KNOWING it wasn’t gonna work.
