I ordered this when my old, rarely used, iPad was unable to be updated. The refurbished came fast, was nicely packed and I was able to set it up super fast. It looks brand new and battery life is great so far and the picture quality is super. My only regret is not upgrading to 64GB, instead of 32GB.

dead on arrival. I've purchased renewed products before without issue. There were scratches on the glass and a scratch on the back. No big deal, that's why it's cheaper. I was disappointed this ipad did not even turn on though. Did they not test it before shipping it out? I figured the battery was super dead so I let it charge overnight and it still won't turn on. I've made sure the charger works because it is able to charge my other devices. Probably not worth buying refurbished ipads. I'm just going to buy from apple and pay more so I don't have to deal with this headache of having to return it now. ... show more
