We had to upgrade software right away. Then the amount of space left was not enough for all our apps. That was disappointing because the same iPad space on our older one had soo many more apps allowed to fit. Thought it was weird for all those gb to be used right off bay before adding our own stuff. In general, it's a nice tablet. But they sent it with a non-Apple charger. A Huawei, and it's dead. Luckily I have lots of other ways to charge this or else my review would have been much lower

It is just like new,, you’d never know the difference at 1/3 the price. The syncing and transfer of data from my old iPad to the new was as easy as could be. Great total package.

    • Usually Amazon refurbished, product or as good as no, not the one I got.
You can clearly see that it’s used. My on off button is loose and jiggles around. If I had to do it again, I would’ve bought a brand new one.
