  • Great quality, easy to use
Our first bike trailer we have tried. Goes together and folds/transports very easy. My 4 and 2 year olds love it! Feels very stable and is easy to pull behind a bike. The large pneumatic tires and little suspension springs seem like they make a nice ride for the kids. Converts and pushes super easy as a “stroller” too, we use this around the neighborhood/parks and bring it camping The little back storage area is great at campgrounds or bringing a few things to the park! Also this model seems to have a much better view/window setup for the kids compared to other models we looked at. Some reviews said the back push handle (or roll bar when in bike mode) seemed loose, but I have no problems with it at all. It feels like a plastic sprocket that had a yellow plastic pinch lever to hold the bar in place. I guess if you apply very little force to it or don’t let the teeth mesh together it would be loose... but I can squeeze it tight then lift the entire trailer up (with my kids in it) and the bar doesn’t move/slide. Besides the price being expensive, I can’t think of anything I don’t like! ... show more

  • Making memories, love it
Size: 2 Seat Style: Current
I did a lot of research before we bought this so we knew what we were getting. One surprise, though, was that the back cover unzips so the screen can still be closed and the rain cover rolled up. Previous model reviews I'd seen complained of this, and I was expecting it to be an issue, but it was not - we were pleasantly surprised -- which was great because it's been in the 90's for weeks (with humidity in the 80-90%'s as well). It is light, very light, and rolls really well. I hardly notice I'm pulling it. The kids love it. I don't have any experience with rain, I've seen reviews that it isn't as water proof as some -- but that's not an issue for us. Where we live - you know if it's going to rain well in advance and we just don't go out on days like that. In part because when it storms here it's just flat dangerous. Tornados, hail, lots of lighting, that kind of stuff. Tons of room to pack stuff, too. The zippers all feel substantial, good quality, as does the material it is made of. Assembly was very easy. I don't know about folding it down and setting it back up - we store it ready to go. ... show more

  • Best jogging stroller, best bike trailer.
The media could not be loaded. I've owned this trailer for four months and I think it's the best jogging stroller or trailer on the market. I purchased it on a Labor Day sale for $600. Compared to the Thule, Bob, or Uppababy jogging strollers, it has better built-in wind and rain protection, and its wheels are bigger. In addition to being a top contender as the best jogging stroller, it's a bike trailer. To compare it to the Thule bike trailers – the Thules look nice, but they're considerably more expensive and I don't see the value proposition. We walk and jog with this trailer about 4 miles per day and then go for a ride most weekends for about 15 miles. I love the capabilities it gives us. I do wish the seat could recline even more so that our baby could lie flat, but she falls asleep almost every outing as it is, so the seat angle isn't too big a deal for us. However, because of this, it's not suitable for newborns. This trailer has given us the ability to take our baby (and dog) on the adventures that we love. 1 year update: Still going great and rolling very smoothly. We've used it at least 5 days a week for the past year, for 3 miles or more per day, and it's been fabulous. We had a wet winter, and the ability to quickly open or close the plastic windshield to keep our daughter completely dry was a big deal. ... show more

  • Logical, safe, and useful features
Size: 2 Seat Style: Current
Fantastic product. Attaches easily with the hitch (included). Currently being used for one grandchild, but second one will be hold enough two. Plenty of safety features. I purchased the (option) storage bag, too, which is useful when the trailer is folded.

  • First Kid trailer review
So obviously I do not have another trailer to compare it too but for what it is, I would say it's okay. So what do I not like: The price!!!! Ridiculous! I have the 2 seater version and I do not understand why the price for this thing is so high!!! I was hoping that it came with at least one of the attachments but it did not. Second thing is the brake handle position. Honestly it is in the the perfect place If you're pushing behind it but if you're riding a bike and you get off of it to check on your kids, the trailer will move while you're walking to the back of the trailer to apply the break, which may cause your bike (if standing up) to fall over. It would have been nice to somehow apply the brake from the front as well. Assembly was not terrible but my wife could not assemble this trailer by herself. There are 2 hooks that holds a brace In place to I guess keep the trailer upright. Well when you first try to get it to clip, it almost feels like you're going to tear the plastic or something because it's so tight. It's so tight that I have no desire to unclip it because I know my wife will not be able to re-clip it back. Will it stretch over time? I'm assuming it's possible but right now it's really really tight. I have noticed other reviewers mentioned it. It's the truth! It's tight Last problem that I have noticed is the seat and MY kid head position. He is 23 months right now and about 26 lbs. When I checked on him, his head was down and off to the side of his body. Of course I was not happy with the position of his head so I tried to adult him, his head and his body to a more straight-up position and it was not happening. He ended up waking up for the remainder of the ride so he was fine after that but during the time he was asleep was a bit scary for me. The recline mechanism appeared like it would help the position of his head but no... it only made things worst. I plan on making something to help with the position of his head during the rides.. What DO I like? Well based on the options that this trailer has to the others of this maker, it has the most features. The 3 position recline is.... okay. I wish it went back further but it is what it is. The seat with the cushion is nice. Of course I'm not sitting in it but it seems to be comfortable. The suspension seems to be kinda a gimmick but I am glad that it is an option. You can just lower the air pressure and somewhat accomplish the same thing. The weight of the trailer is the best thing going for it. (My opinion) I'm sure there are lighter trailers but I do not know about then and also I'm sure they would be much more expensive. As I was riding, I did not notice that I was really pulling a trailer. I'm not in the super best of shape but I was able to pull my little one with ease. A few times I had to go up a steep hill but again it was not too hard to do so I guess that's a good thing as well. Over all, I do like it and I'm going to have to live with it because I do not plan on buying another trailer. I hope my review helps with your decision. ... show more
