I sold my laptop and purchased this iPad with a keyboard. I absolutely love it! You can use this as a laptop still but easily pop the keyboard off and use it as a tablet. It runs very smooth and the screen quality is fantastic. I bought this pre owned and you could never know.

Extremely disappointed. It started off bad: device would not charge or turn on. I finally got it to start charging. It got to about 12%, stopped, I got it to charge to the mid 20s, it stops, and never started charging again. It came with a cord but no charging block. It didn't matter what cord, block, or socket I used - this device would not charge. Every cord/block/socket worked with other devices. It ridiculous that a defective refurbishment like this was put back into circulation. I should have just gotten the newest one directly from Apple. Hopefully the refund process goes much smoother. ... show more

I bought a renewed iPad to save money vs. a new one. It works for the most part with one exception. It does not stay charged for more than a couple of hours and takes a long time to charge. Leaving it plugged in while using makes no difference because it still loses its charge at the same rate. I learned my lesson and will always buy new from now on. Unfortunately, even though I saved buying a renewed item, buying a new one is no longer in the budget. A definite learning experience. ... show more

So much easier to see and read than just my IPhone. Let’s me sit on my couch to catch up on emails or do training. Graphics are great, and has great storage for all my apps and files.
