The perfect size for reading. Bigger tablets are too clunky to comfortably use as an e-reader. The screen is high-quality with great graphics and durability. Battery life is great! I usually read for 30-60 minutes a night and I can go several days without having to charge it. It's an Apple product, so a big thing for me is it's ability to communicate and connect to my other devices and sync the same cloud. I'm not a big Apple Books person, but I use the Kindle app as well as Libby and GoodReads and it all works great. I also dropped it by accident, but no cracks or scratches to the screen.
