The trade off is that FX3 can do 120fps without cropping. This has additional crop for 120, which could be a bonus if you are doing long-distance wildlife. But the FX3 does 12mp stills. The Good: The camera is in amazing condition and I love it. The Frustration: The description under WHAT'S IN THE BOX specifically says there is a USB Battery Charger, but that is not completely true. See my photo of what they call a "charger", it is a USB wall plug! The Sony battery included doesn't have a USB port to charge it directly so you need to buy an actual charger. This set me back a little because I had to order one and wait to get it. Now, work-around... you can use the USB cable and wall plug to plug in the actual camera and it works as a very slow charger, but that is not convenient. It would be nice to be more specific in the description indicating that it does NOT include a battery charger. And, it would have been nice to see a photo of what was in the box, with something that explicitly said "*charger not included". ... show more
