Description

Easily transport large objects of varying lengths and width using the Elevate Outdoor Universal Utility Rack. This versatile truck rack is manufactured from high-strength aluminum that is both lightweight and corrosion-resistant, and it can support up to 800 pounds of cargo across both rack sections. The fully adjustable cross-bar design measures 66.5" wide and clamps onto the inside bedrail of full, mid-size or compact pick-up truck beds up to 65" wide using hand tools, with a no-drill installation process that means no holes in your truck! This rack has built-in eye bolts for tie-downs and hooks, and the four ladder stops can be adjusted as wide as 52" with large turn knobs. It assembles easily and is simple to remove when not needed.

So far so good! I purchased these about a week ago and have already used it quite a bit for traveling with kayaks! Works really well, doesn’t whistle as far as I’ve noticed and seems incredibly sturdy. I can move the entire truck by grabbing any part of the rack and “testing it”! Looks like the expensive ones without the expensive price tag and appreciate the time they took to put tracks in it for other accessories such as the eyebolts and “gear stops” which come with it!     • Missing hardware
The kit was missing four flat washers which is a small matter but one of the knurled knobs was missing the threaded insert which makes it unusable. Probably would have given it a 5 if not for that as the racks are sturdy. The parts when together well which is surprising in some of the kits I have ordered that were built in China. ... show more

One of the holes in one of the uprights was not threaded as designed. Fortunately I had a tap in my toolbox and was able to make it work. It took some time to assemble but wasn't overly difficult. It did require an allen wrench and adjustable wrench which were not included. Looks good and feels sturdy so far. ... show more

I have had this truck rack for a year. It has carried some very heavy loads (lumber, kayaks, boats). It has not loosened, rusted, or bent. It is an excellent product.

Does not fit the Toyota Tacoma 2021. The clamps are useless and had to drill the rails in the truck bed. Posts are too long and rail is way over the roof.

Overall I like the ladder rack…I found the directions somewhat ambiguous so I would suggest that you dry fit everything before applying adhesive to any of the bolts.
