Should be one star...but if you read the Fix...you will be happy... THE GOOD: Fit and Color is spot on perfect. THE BAD:..It's not UV protected! faded dramatically in just 4 months of use and Im in Northern Ohio!.and it had very limited direct sun, exposure! Stitching is another weak point, with pin holes at every connection . THE FIX!........ 1: Must buy a UV-water proofing fabric spray.. so material wont Break down and will stay very water resistant. 2: Buy HH-66 VINYL CEMENT! And use old canopy material (or similair material)to glue under every stitched attachmment point pocket.     • Don’t buy this gazebo from Lowe’s.

Do not buy this gazebo. The gazebo was made in China. Lowe’s sells this because they can make a bundle of money replacing the canopy top. Five years ago we bought this gazebo. Took the top off every fall to protect it. With in 4 years the original top started to rip tears all over. Bought a replacement on Amazon from Allen and Roth last year. Already have holes and tears all over it. The neighbor behind me bought his from Lowe’s same as mine and with in the first year his shredded up. The material is thinner than a mans khaki beige pants. The top is so tight on all corners that it pulls the threaded holes bigger. I’m 69 and back in the old days, quality made products last for years. It cost me 99 dollars plus tax last year and Lowe’s will never get me to buy another product like this again. I told one store manager that I have been getting the message out on social media and every person I come into contact in the store looking at the display and friends and relitives. This is a sorry product and being a electronic design retired engineer would go to the manufacture and teach those young engineers how to make a quality product. ... show more

This is awful compared to the one we bought at Lowe's two years ago, of which was $20 less to boot. There are tiny pinpoint holes everywhere, it's not as tight on the frame, and not as heavy duty. Along the stitching, there are even more pinpoint holes. Nothing even close to the quality of the one Lowes used to sell. I will be surprised if this lasts through summer. We thought we'd give it the benefit of the doubt because some reviews are okay, but that was the wrong choice. So disappointed. ... show more

I am a bit unclear as to why there are negative reviews. This is the second canopy that I purchased. The reason it is the second one is because the product did not fare well against a very large tree branch that fell in a wind storm. Both canopies fit perfectly and I did not have any issues with stretched seams. My canopy is 10x12 so I imagine if one were to not align it properly it would cause problems. The material was not thin and is water resistant. It withstands the southwest sun year round. ... show more

I was leary on this purchase based on some other reviews and the many options Amazon offers to fit the 10x12 Allen Roth lowe’s Gazebo. I purchased the gazebo used so I had no idea what the model was - since I see that makes a difference when purchasing a replacement top. So I took a chance - and thought well if it don’t work out - be prepared to return. I even went so far as to buy Scotch waterguard spray since other people said it leaked. I was ready to spray the heck out of it - but when my husband was installing I thought let’s see how it does first and if need be we will remove and spray. Well low and behold - this is definitely QUALITY - because it poured and poured here in PA - and there was not a one leak or dribble of water anywhere! I have wood furniture sitting underneath the canopy with cushions and they were dry as a bone! So either I got real lucky with what I received or something is a bit strange because I honestly have not one complaint about this replacement canopy! We have it setting out on our back porch area - where wind does come through - nothing tore or even looked like it might rip! I can’t speak for the longevity of the item since we’ve had it up for a few months and we plan on storing the canopy over the winter months - it does receive all afternoon hot sun, but I don’t see any fading on it yet...so we shall see how it is to re-install next year - so if your considering this...don’t hesitate - (again I’m not a paid reviewer or employee of this company/seller). Just an honest PA woman who is happy with her purchase and wanted to share! Oh and my husband with slight assistance from me had this installed in under 10 minutes - yes, he had to tug on it, but even that wasn’t a concern - you certainly want the fit tight versus loose ... show more
