This is unbelievable. On the plus side, the item arrived quickly. Unfortunately it is defective - it boots up into an error state, and when I attempt to connect any equipment to it, it emits a loud buzzing sound. The battery tests fine. I even tried a brand new replacement battery - no luck, same issue. At first I thought "oh well, bummer, I'll return it and get another one". Nope, this item is not returnable "because it contains flammable liquids or gases". How is that a reason? The item is safe enough to be shipped to me, but is unsafe to be shipped back? I also tried initiating the return process using the Amazon customer service method but I keep getting looped back to the "the item is not returnable" screen. I am disgusted. $370 out the window... ... show more

    • Junk, Don't buy from this seller.
We purchased two of these. Neither of them worked. They both acted as if there was no AC and would not shut off. They only refunded a portion of my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
