Hubby decided it was better to put this together while I was at work. Said that he wanted to try and stay married a little while longer to me 🤣😂. His review about this is: actually pretty simple to put together. He started around 11 am and when I got home at 6 pm all I had to help with was the curtains and the mounting to the porch. He said doing it himself gave him time to look over all the pieces and parts to ensure he had them. Allowed him time to put the legs together, then the rails for the top, then the rails for the roof and so on. The quality of it is kinda light weight and could possibly dent easily if very strong winds got going and through some stuff around. The roof is great to be able to see some light transparently through but not clear enough to see all of the leaves on the trees or the clouds in the sky. We had a very good rain the last couple of days and the roof didn’t leak, the curtains are not water resistant but do keep you from being super soaked. Me being the wife and wanting a place to hang out in the summer. This is great. It looks good, it’s made well enough, the warranty you can buy make good piece of mind. So I am satisfied and thankful my husband is happy because of that 🤣!

Updated Review: We just finished with 20"+ of snow during Blizzard Elsa. The gazebo went through it fine, there is about 36" of snow on the side towards the house. We have had winds up to 50mph with the snow and it never budged. If you take your time and do it right, this is well worth the money! I would give it 10 stars if I could. We love it, well worth it. Anyone can put this together if you are smart about it. Take your time, organize the parts. Make sure it's plumb and level. Don't take short cuts. We followed a couple of reviews on here and watched a few youtube videos. The best piece of advice was sort your parts into containers and label them. If you are not mechanically inclined, get help. Two of us put this together with two ladders in 3 sessions. In total, going slow, about 16 hours. This is the first time we have been able to use our patio in 5 years. We have had canvas tops for the last 30. They either blow apart in the wind, rip, or the top sags with water when it rains. The frames get bent out of shape and you can't repair them. This is permanent. Also, our patio has a slope diagonally that we had to deal with. It drops about 4" from one corner to the other. We anchored two pieces of 2x6 AC2 ground contact treated lumber under the posts as needed and purchased concrete anchors for those. Then we used 3" deck screws with washers to anchor the posts to that. It's also easier to put in the panels without tightening them in right away because you might have to shimmy others in. You don't want to have to go back and loosen stuff up to adjust. All in all, would do it again. We also fit a 40" patio table, 4 chairs, a wicker rocker and two large wicker chairs inside. The dog is in the middle with her cushion! It's full. We did have one storm so far with 50mph wind, it didn't even creak! It certainly didn't even attempt to blow away like the old canvas ones we had. Would do it again, wish our patio was bigger. I think this just might work as a green house for seed starting in the spring, that would be a bonus. There are clear sides for pop up tents that would fit I think on Amazon.

The item itself is beautiful. I gave it 4 stars because of my next comments. BUYER BEWARE! If you do not have the talent or workforce (family!) to put this together I recommend you hire help. It took three of us, with the requisite talent, to assemble this in a weekend of two 12 hour days. We were all exhausted and stiff from climbing up and down ladders. It has hundreds of parts that intricately go together. Many parts are quite fragile so handle with care. Once up it is fantastic. This is the second one of these we have purchased. The first was half this size but still as complicated to assemble. The first one is a few years old and still looks great. I recommend these as they look and work great. In addition they are a bargain.

When I first got this gazebo, I was impressed with how nice it looked and thought it would be a great addition to the yard. The style is attractive, and it seemed like it would be sturdy enough. But after using it for a little while, the flaws really started to show. The frame doesn’t hold up well, the panels don’t stay in place securely, and even light wind makes it feel unstable. The curtains and netting are thin and already showing wear. What started out as something I was excited about has turned into a constant frustration. Definitely not worth the money.
