Quality isn't the greatest but it's 50 bucks instead of 200 bucks. Padding is thick. Clasp works great. Will work perfectly for training purposes. 5 says since quality is still higher than 50 dollars worth.

Ordered this helmet and it had a large scratch on the top, it looked like a clean slice from a blade through the protective wrap but did not line up with the tape of the box. I also did not use a blade or sharp object to open box. Reordered and the replacement was in perfect condition.
