Great gazebo, parts all came packaged tightly, hardware labeled and came in a tackle box so was easy to identify. Instructions were good, could have some more detail on some portions. Took me about 12 hours total to assemble. Worked on it a few hours a day over a few days. Mostly by myself so took longer, would have helped having extra hands to assemble faster! Once assembled and tightened everything the assembly was strong and didn’t flex much. Anchored to my slab so is sturdy! Wish there were covers over the base where it’s anchored for looks and covering the bolts. But not needed.

We paid 3 young men to put this together for us. It took 3 guys all day to assemble. Love the look of it and it seems to be very stable. Our last one had a soft top. This metal roof is so much better! The gray and black looks very classy.

We ordered the 12x20 wood look gazebo, the quality is excellent when compared to others on the market. I have a Purple Leaf at another location and in comparison this one is exactly the same, same guage steel/assembly etc. but this was packaged better than the Purple Leaf (more foam between parts). I'd say the powder coating on this in unit is also better. I recieved this with a few damaged parts but I blame that on Fedex, and the seller took care of the issues without much hassle. When on sale this is a great deal compared to others. As for assembly, this was done by 1 person mostly with minimal help, and it took about 2 full days to complete. No issues with roof panels not aligning as others report, I'd say it is important to make sure your foundation is square and level. I am impressed with the engineering of this in general, it went together very nicely.

The gazebo was delivered in 2 days from our order. Nothing was missing. The gazebo went together fairly easily, though there could have been written instructions. The instructions included just pictures to follow and the pictures weren't always the clearest. The quality of the gazebo, however, appears to be excellent and we are very pleased with the purchase.

Great product and quality. We started the installation at 6am and finished at 11:30am. Myself and 2 guys helped me. I verified that all parts and fasteners were included and everything was included with extra fasteners. Heavy zipper screen and fabric side walls makes it feel like an additional outside room. Highly recommend.

I bought the 12x20 gazebo. The packaging was great, all the pieces were there and all the boxes were reinforced at the edges. I did not have any bent parts which was a complaint of reviews for other manufactures. Be careful when assembling and do not tighten screws in a section until that section is complete. This is most important on the roof panels , You need a little play to move them around to get the holes lined up if you tighten them down as you go you will have great difficulty getting the last ones in. I put this up with my wife helps only and I am 79 . It took about a week and worked about 5 hours a day. The bottom frame I did by assembling the 20 ft sections first I propped one against the house and the placed the other 10 ft away and strapped it to chairs to hold it steady. I then took the 10 ft section and placed it on the ladder about the correct height. She then held one end steady while I fastened the other. The hardest part was the roof support . I attached the 2 horizontal armss and then 2 diagonal arms like the video and then put one side over the frame then put the ladder in the middle and lifted the frame up (you need at least an 8 ft ladder for this. She then fastened the arms to the main bottom frame. (This part would be easier with 3 people) The rest of the arms were then easy to attach.. The instructions could have been more detailed and larger seeing how some of the corner pieces attached was difficult I went back and forth from the video and instructions that came with it. i had some difficulty seeing how some of the corners came together . The instructions that came with it are all pictures. I bolted mine to the cement patio . It is sturdy. Take your time putting it up. It has been completed for over a month now.
