    • Drilled & Slotted stay cool! Brake better.
It was time to do a brake job on my wife's 2015 Explorer Sport. Decided to upgrade to drilled & slotted rotors for better braking due to the drilled holes helping the rotors cool down & the slots cleaning off the pads. The factory rotors are fine for daily driving around town, but under a lot of braking, the rotors can heat up quickly and your brakes will fade causing you to not stop when needed. These really are a huge upgrade over OEM rotors. After putting them on along with the new pads from Power Stop, I went through the break in procedure. We then went on our vacation to North Carolina. We drove through steep grades in West Virginia & Virginia and never once smelled the brakes & rotors heating up. I made sure to use the brakes quite a bit just to test them out & they did their job. After trying drilled & slotted rotors I will never use OEM rotors again. At this day in age I don't even understand why drilled & slotted rotors aren't standard on new vehicles anyway. ... show more

    • Fit like OEM but look 100% Better
They are just a little noisy for about first 100 miles till they seat. The color remains as nice as the day you open the box. I am writing this review after using the product for over 3k miles, so I feel confident in my review. I will buy the same kit for my other Taurus.
